“My wife and I moved in here about two weeks ago from California and we couldn't be happier ?. We absolutely love the staff in the office and a special shout out to Alex the leasing Manager who has been amazing!!! If your looking for a great place to live its here! With all the food and shopping places around here we are just blown away. The apartment is beautiful and has new appliances ? the parking garage is a big plus aswell. The fact that they have a beautiful pool and large hottub plus a sweet gym ?️‍♂️ ?️‍♀️ checks all the boxes for us. We also have two wonderful Cats ? and they seem to love it here just as much as we do. If I could rate higher than five stars I would ✨️ this place is a gem ?!!!”

“I'm writing this a few months into my lease, so this is not just a "honeymoon" review, and I gotta say I am totally into the Indigo!

Life is always going to...life. So what really matters is the team you're dealing with and how they manage those hiccups. And I can tell you *nobody* does it like THIS team. No matter what, they've treated me 100% of the time like a real human with real human needs and a real human life. They don't make excuses. They don't lead you in circles with the dreadful ol' property mgmt speak. And they really do want to make things work out for you.

Security is really on-site all the time. Concierge is amazing. Alia makes me feel better every day. Jake and Peter are lightning fast problem solvers. Seriously. They do it all. And they're never annoyed to help you with your inevitably annoying thing.

Mike, Joe, and Larry run maintenance and are the best crew I've met at both communicating and managing it all. And they are SO respectful of your space.

Everything is clean. All the time. Amenities are actually useful and accessible. Elevators are fast and always working. Decent gym. Nice rooftop. Secure package delivery. Easy trash and recycling deposits. I always have hot water. I don't hear my neighbors much at all. Love my views. It's just...great. I've lived a few places around the area, and the Indigo beats them all. Not even a competition.

Rebecca and Alicia on the leasing team are amazing. And Julie will knock your socks off with the way she manages this community. True dedication all around.

My only regret is not moving here sooner and that now I might be spoiled by how amazing this team is. So hurry up and get over here already!”

“Changing my rating. This complex advertises how accessible the MAX station is, yet they've erected a pointless fence that adds time and energy to the walk. I overheard the maintenance workers checking the fence calling those who wanted to take the more direct path "lazy ****s." Very unfriendly for a place that shares a name with said MAX station.”

“I absolutely love living here! Not only is the area beautiful, but the leasing staff and maintenance are so prompt to reach out and help if needed.
One great example - I had ordered several heavy packages and the FedEx driver delivered it to the wrong door. I reached out to see if someone at the Leasing Office would help and the manager, Michael, came out 15 minutes later with a dolly and moved everything! I was so floored and was so incredibly thankful!”

“I am moving into the Sawyer Pointe Apartments in Scappoose. So far everyone has been so kind and friendly. The maintenance team works very quick and efficiently at getting things fixed/replaced/ordering parts as well as informing the residents they serve with information regarding the requests. The manager of the apartment complex is such a warm and bubbly person. She cares about the residents and does all she can to make sure they are very-well taken care of.”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been renting here for 2 years and have had no issues besides maybe some HUMAN errors. This management has left us alone. Isn't over bearing, gives proper and formal written notices for any house work/increases, ect.I've really only dealt with Angie and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place because of her. “The Stratford management team (Karen and Mike) are an amazing duo. When my family moved in over a year ago we were in a bind. We had to be out of our old place in 2 weeks. Karen took care of us got us all moved in with time to spare. When I filled out a work order, Mike literally followed me to my apartment! The pictures I see on here are from before Mike and Karen took over.”

“I couldn't say better things about the management at Beaver Creek Apartments other than they are the absolute best at "customer satisfaction". I'd moved away from Beaver Creek last year, but by mistake directed an Amazon package to be delivered at my old address. I contacted Amanda (apartment manager), and she personally retrieved the package and took care of it's being returned to me. She could've very easily ignored me (as a former resident), but I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring attitude on her part. They are the best!”

“Clean and safe, lots of green space very good for dogs. Management has been great. Groundskeeper/maintenance guys are quick to respond skillful friendly and respectful of property. Good neighbors and community. All units especially the bottom floor have great patios and direct access to open spaces for dogs. People actually pick up their poop for the most part too. That says a lot haha”

“I've lived here with my gf for more than 3 months and it's such a wonderful little community right here! Dixie and Meghan are up to date and involved with the residents and they do events every month or so that involves prizes! I can't speak for other units, but where we're at, our neighbors are so kind and quiet and for the most part everyone minds their own business here. Definitely a nice area to live in for sure :) Parking is a little funky, but if you don't mind walking a little distance if you have a 2nd car then it's nothing too big. But overall, wonderful apartments!”

I am a pretty new resident but the current manager is such a great person very professional and listens to anything you may need, her husband does some of the maintenance and is a kind person as well, the location of these apartments are excellent can barely hear the busy roads nearby and its extremely quiet and peaceful here, the inside of my unit is in great condition very spacious as well. ?”

“Update: it got resolved but still quite irritating to find out I didn't pay the correct amount for one month so there was an additional 50 dollars.Two stars due to their payment system getting/being messed up and making me unable to pay online and continue to use money orders which will cause further problems. Will update when they have the problem fixed.”

We pay our rents on time and follow all the simple and realistic rules and regulations that are advised for a safe and courteous living environment. We decided to write another review after reading several negative reviews that if you "read between the lines" most, if not all, are based on residents that did not follow the very simple and logical steps involved in ...well...paying your rent, parking in your own space, respecting your neighbors and following realistic guidelines set down by management to create the wonderful living experience that is Tandem Properties. “I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“I've lived at Verso for 2 years and can only recommend it. It's a great building and really well-maintained. It is always so clean and the maintenance team is on top of everything. I often use facilities such as the gym, the bike room and even the barbecue pits. It is also safe and a nice walkable neighborhood!”
