“I have most of my exp buying from this company online and at the Salem store. I’ve been to the new location once and loved it. I truly value local brands and this one should have a special place in the community. I will share a couple examples. My son and I roll into the store so I could buy a couple new hats for the year, before I buy anything the sales associate lets my son grab some stickers for his water bottle.

There was another instance around Black Friday the company ran a special, it was something to the effect of spend x dollars get an x dollar e-gift card. Months later I go looking for said e-gift card and can’t find it. I then send whatever poor customer service rep on a quest to find it claiming it was never sent…. Long story short they found it, I had made a typo on my email and they made the situation right while maintaining a positive attitude and sending it to the correct email.

These people have small town fishy vibes in a big city. Proud of the growth the company has been able to achieve.”
