Between the helpful and accommodating staff and the amazing pieces, this is one of my favorite spots to shop for forever pieces for my home!”

Kevin and Austin, the installers, got right to it. The work they did was absolutely beautiful! They cleaned up and one wouldn’t have known they were there! Austin explained all the workings to me, again, with patience. The staff in the office helped arrange things.The products I purchased and had installed are going to be PERFECT for the coming winter. The insert will be a large room heater, the logs will take the chill off and make it cozy in 2 rooms.

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”

When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

It's a WONDERFUL family business. I had bought a Casper bed from the store delivered last month, when I moved back to Philly, had a perfect customer experience, and just ordered a chair from them, also with great results.
Dave, his wife Mary Rachel, and Tim ALL are totally-customer-focused, and have been AWESOME in helping me buy a Human Touch Perfect Chair zero-gravity chair, and showed me the finishes and the leathers, to make sure that i picked exactly the best choices that will look great in my living room.
