“I would highly recommend Serena and Lily in Haverford PA! The store is beautiful! I worked with Joseph and he went above and beyond to help me select the right pieces. When they arrived, they were excellent quality and we are thoroughly enjoying everything we selected. There were some hiccups with the delivery process, but they were very helpful to sort them out and make everything happen as promised. I wish I had another house to furnish because I would fill it with Serena and Lily! Very very happy! Thank you, Joseph and Colleen.”

“I was at two other stores that sell mattresses before I stopped at Mattress Firm. I had told the other two stores what I was looking for and both of them had advertisements for products that were within my price range. Once I got to the stores they told me that was an online purchase only and I would not be able to try out the bed prior to purchasing it. I left both stores as they were trying to sell me on mattresses out of my price range. I decided to try one more stop. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was greeted right away at the door with not a pushy salesperson but a kind salesperson asking me what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for the type of mattress I wanted and the price range I was willing to spend. Anthony took me immediately to the area of my price range. Once I was there I saw the bed that I had tried out at one of the other stores. That store had a price tag of $1,200 for the same mattress. Exact same mattress here at Mattress Firm was $499. I was quite happy that it was within my price range and that is the mattress I ended up purchasing immediately. I also was able to purchase an encasement cover since I had saved so much on my purchase. Anthony was a salesperson that told me all about the warranties that were available to me with the purchase of the mattress. I'm so glad that I stopped at Mattress Firm.”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol”

They worked with us to help us stay within budget, and the actual table itself far exceeded expectations. We chose to assemble it in-house and the unit went together with not 1 issue and met our design requirements perfectly. We even used the designers renderings and chose other finishes in the room based on his style (Nate). We couldn't be happier”

When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”
