“Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

“After spending one month back-and-forth with T-Mobile by phone I went to the t mobile store at 15th and walnut.To try to get the issue solved . I had transferred a phone number to my phone as a second number, and what I was told ended up not working. Thanks to the sales rep, Jonathan, the issue was finally resolved. He was very persistent and contacted T mobile tech by phone and again, the issue wasn't being resolved , and the t ech could not resolve the problem . Jonathan figured out what the problem was and the issue was resolved. I strongly recommend Jonathan at T-Mobile 15th & Walnut St for his knowledge and persistence and excellent customer service.”
“Store is under new management and the new manager Alfredo is amazing. Went in to upgrade all lines on my account and he listened to what we needed and took care of us with all new phones and some tablets. I do t feel like I was being taken advantage of or pushed into anything. Been in there many times and this was the best visit we had. Will definitely be back and reccomend this store to all my people.”
“Came here because my wrong phone got suspended. Was a little confused why the wrong line was suspended. One of the managers Corrie helped me to restore my line and suspend the right number. She was extremely helpful and kind. She also helped me with getting approved for a credit account with tmobile. I was approved and hype that I can build my credit even more by using the card to pay my phone bill. I will definitely say this was by the far the best experience I had with any Tmobile rep.
I even got me the free watch offer as well.”

“first of all...trying to contact Xfinity /Comcast via their byzantine phone protocol is second only to having root canal. Maybe worse. But, because I live so close by the Havertown store, I just go there with any problems or issues. The friendly staff there is quick to get me to a solution, whether there or via a technician visit. The waiting area is pleasant, the wait time is whatever it is, but always ends with problems resolved. Been with Comcast since it was PRISM...Go Flyers!”
