“I love me some Boscov's. Great deals, and wonderful clearance racks through out. The staff has always been helpful. I appreciate the military discount offered. Every month my coupon is mailed to me. They also have sales... so many sales. It is a huge store. I do wish there was move to the boys section for older boys. The shoe section it's hard when you have to ask for the size and they go back. I did not realize they worked in commission. But, when you have to stand around because they are super busy it makes me want to give up and not purchase the shoes. But, the female staff member who helped me was so kind, patient and helpful”

And like all TJ Max it's jammed packed racks of clothes but I always find something worth my effort (shifting the racks). “When I walked in this morning I was told I could bring my return to anyone, so I went to the first people I saw. They were selling make up and they refused to help me and pointed me to a return desk that nobody was at so I stood there for a minute or two before a nice gentlemen walked over to me and brought me over to a salesperson named Elizabeth.Elizabeth was so kind and helpful. My return was a little complicated, but she was so sweet and made me feel valued as a customer. She was helping 2 people at one time and she had the biggest smile on her face. This store is lucky to have her and whatever she is paid, she deserves more. My review wouldn’t be a 5 star if it wasn’t for her, but I just want her to be recognized because she goes above and beyond in a store where the other employees aren’t even willing to do the bare minimum of their job.Thank you Elizabeth - you are a gem!!”
