“I just got another car tinted (15% ceramic all around - 35% ceramic on the windshield). This has to be one of, if not the best shop I've been to when it comes to quality service and taking ownership of their products.
Mark was and has always been very professional and welcoming throughout every appointment I've had with them (I've had 5 cars tinted by Auto Addictions - all done perfectly every time).
They acknowledge and understand that sometimes the cars they're working on aren't just cars; they're peoples' pride and joy, so they take protective precautions prior to any service they perform, ensuring no harm is done to the vehicle.

“I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion.
I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night.
I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“I have worked and managed in the customer service/customer experience space for almost three decades. My visit to T Mobile yesterday, where I was so ably helped by Darren W, was without a doubt one of the best customer service interaction I have ever had. I had put off upgrading my I phone for some time. I also wanted the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Because of the horrible storm this past Friday night, we had no power. I thought it might be a good time to get an I pad that didn’t rely on WIFI.
I apologized to Darren when he introduced himself — this was going to be a complicated order, and I needed to ask a huge favor. We had been without power for more than 18 hours. Would it be possible for the phone, watch, and I Pad to be fully charged? He smiled and said it was no problem, that he would be happy to. He spent considerable time with me going through my accessory options. Every screen protector was perfectly installed. (Unlike when I do them!).
Darren, and all of the people working on Saturday, some who also had no power, were so incredibly helpful and kind to everyone in the store. I am grateful to Darren. He represents T Mobile with distinction and provided the finest customer experience.”
