Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.”

“Joe Stringer from the King of Prussia, PA Henderson Road location was phenomenal to work with. I originally rented a 3’x3’ unit which, from the simulation online, gave me the impression that I could fit a one bedroom into it. When I got to the location, that wasn’t the case! It was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was going to fit in that. Joe was extremely instrumental in finding me a solution to fit my needs. He worked with me to get a unit that was the right size. In the end, I’m happy I got to work with Joe and I got exactly what I needed for my storage needs. Thank you and keep it up”

“Delt with Sean today at the storage facility in Collegeville PA. He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!”

Would highly recommend this facility. The King of Prussia Cube Smart is one of the best in Pennsylvania, Nafis (who works tirelessly, even when CubeSmart is short-staffed), is patient, helpful, and informative. Additionally, as a customer, Nafis continues to provide professional assistance, and is always courteous and incredibly organized. Every detail continues to be explained clearly, and Nafis continues to make me feel confident in my decision to rent storage space at CubeSmart. “I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”
