“Very clean, and fun things to do on the property. About a 160 with tax on an offseason night. Blowing drying my hair made the lights flicker. Could hear the kids on the floor above us running around at 5 am.”

“This review is more about Christian B the 3rd shift desk manager. We checked in late just as he was starting his shift. He was phenomenal. Super friendly, courteous and did a great job with 3 separate rooms for us. After I was up in my room a while I needed snacks so came down to the store next to check-in. Had a great 20+ min. conversation with Christian. Talked about life and also his job. Said he really like doing the books and everything asked of him. Was like talking to a friend but had just met him. He is a wonderful asset for the company and deserves accolades from them and deserves everything available to have him a long term employee. The people I drove for paid for my room so I won't be on any check in information. L. Miller paid. I was in rm #202. Myself and 2 Amish couples stayed here night of May 15 with a 11 pm. check in time. Suites were very comfortable and clean. I'm tall and my bed was the first one I've EVER had long enough bedding that actually came up all the way to my neck. My comfort level.”

“I gave the rooms 5 stars, it's not their fault I have bad hips and lower back issues. They have a great breakfast. And it draws the nicest people. The staff and guests were very kind. Miles of smiles.

Nearby activities: It's Lancaster, shop till you drop.

Safety: It starts with YOU. Be aware they Amish drive horse and buggy, they have the right of way ALWAYS. Allow time, enjoy the views while being patient.

Noteworthy details: The Amish community. The food, restaurants, hotels, all are very good. Appreciate their culture.”

“Just wanted to start by saying say my sister and I stay here every October. We have a goal of staying in every room. Our first stay was in room 902 and our most recent was the Hershey Suite. We already booked next year in the Grand View Suite. We love walking around the village when it closes and hang with the goats. I wanted to ask where do you get your pillows and mattresses? They are amazing”

Continental breakfast is included. The room has free Wi-Fi, a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV, and clean beds and chairs and also free parking. Overall, as an inn, we had a comfortable and safe night sleep in there.”

“Nice place. The included breakfast was alright. There were two pre-made omelet choices and a variety of meats. I was ticked that they charged me almost $25 more for the second night and didn't disclose that up front. Nice location for Sight and ”

“This is a perfect location for a trip to Lancaster County and Strausburg and all they have to offer. The rooms are nice, nothing special but gets the job done. The pool is nice, both indoor and outdoor which is a huge bonus if the weather is iffy. The staff was super friendly and honestly made the entire trip for me. They were accommodating, helpful and easy to work with. Breakfast was simple but well done. You can’t beat it for the price plus amenities and location.”

“I got married there ten years ago! It was beautiful, amazing, and affordable for our budget. It was a Sunday morning and so my guests went to the champagne brunch for my reception, then we had coffee and tea service with my cane in a little hall. It was such a perfect day and my guests say it was their favorite wedding ever! I haven't been in so long because I moved across the country, but anytime I can I will go back!”

“You may wonder what is the dream vacation spot? Bora bora, Europe, the Caribbean?? No. It is the avid hotel in Lancaster PA. When you walk into the room you are greated with the smell of cleaning supply and lysol and it is amazing to say the least. When i got into my bed after a long basketball tournament i felt like i was ascending into heaven. 10/10 best hotel in the universe.”

“Stayed here with my husband and the rooms are definitely a little out dated but clean and very accommodating. The continental breakfast is limited but fresh. The pool is nice as well as the sauna. The location is in the heart of Lancaster so it was perfect. The staff were amazing and friendly and very accommodating. I cannot express how much I enjoyed the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed and I'm looking forward to staying there again.”

“Update im sorry wrong location, Lancaster Califormia is the correct location.

Exceptional Service from Staff Member Levi, at the Front Desk.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi...
From the moment we walked in, Levi greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and his passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent.

Rooms: I love the rooms they are very clean. They also have normal size shampoo , conditioner, bodywash, amd lotion normally hotels have the little tiny travel size but at Doubletree they have the normal size bottles for the customers.
Blackout curtains the bedding was very warm and comfy and the rooms are pretty big with dinning table, a small fridge.

Walkability: They have a gas station across the street 1 minute away. They have a mexican Restaurant with great food. There is another hotel next to the parking lot om the left ans a storage facility on the right.

Food and drinks: There is a mexican restaurant across the street you can just walk over there we tried there breakfast and it was delicious. The hotel also offers breakfast they have a buffet a little under $16 dollars.down the street theres a Toms burgers and Albertsons inside is a starbucks they also have breakfast .”

“This is a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff. Good location, too.
Keep in mind, this is an old building and there are a few issues but nothing major enough to worry about. Try the cheesecake. ?

Nearby activities: The quilt shops in various towns are no more than 30 mins away... Get a rental car (Uber, one way to East Earl, $50+)

Walkability: There are plenty of ships and restaurants within walking distance.”

“I really love staying here while in Lancaster County. The location is awesome! The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. The staff is friendly also. The ice machine wasn’t not working which happens…. The only real negative is you need to be certain of your travel plans as the nights are not refunded for last minute changes.”

“I've been staying at the Marriott Lancaster at Penn Square for several weeks now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of historical charm and spacious modern comfort.

A special shoutout to May, who supervises the service at the Marriott members lounge. She is incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a great smile that brightens my day. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly makes me feel like I’m starting my day in the best way possible.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!”

“Me and my brother ADORE Cartoon Network.(My favorite is we bare bears, and his is adventure time). The ambiance was Awesome and amazing! There are cn characters everywhere and even the rooms are amazing, and the food is great. I would suggest the wings in the fire wolf sauce(yum). The breakfast was cold, but it was good nonetheless. Sure the prices in the gift shop are pretty expensive, but you can get some of the merchandise in the omnicade! And you can even do a scavenger hunt for a pin. BUT last but not least, the bear cafe! It's a cafe, but we bare bears themed. I love this place and I wish I could never leave.”

“The Internet and TV weren't working in our room. I needed to sit in the hall to attach to the wifi. I booked room through Expedia and was supposed to have a fridge. Upon check in I was told that is only for deluxe rooms. I didn't see a difference on booking.Nearby activities: Dance competition. Very close to Tanger outlets.”

“When I book this online I was thinking low class but I was extremely surprised, very nice rooms, the room was clean no holes anywhere ,carpet was clean, room had no musty smell, air conditioner and heat works great. The only fall back I found was the rail in the bathroom came loose. the sink is lower than a normal sink would be but it was very nice. The nighttime guy is extremely nice, he made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is coffee or apple juice orange juice grape juice, bagels with either butter or cream cheese, they also had a variety of muffins and danishes and stuff like that. But it was definitely worth the price that we paid which was not expensive at all. The daytime guy is really nice also. This will now be the hotel we stay in when we go back to Lancaster”
