“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

“I just had lunch with a friend. First time since the renovation. We were in the cocktail lounge and everything was perfect...food, service, atmosphere. Most impressive was the new beer tap system and I recommend asking for a demonstration. It sounds crazy, but I've never seen anything like it. Definitely recommend.”

“We used this hotel for our rehearsal dinner, after party, and hotel block and had a great experience.
After touring a few hotels we decided to choose this one because of the warm welcome we received! The staff answered each of our questions and when our event came, it lived up to every expectation we had.
The rooms were clean, the members of staff were kind to our guests, and the front desk answered so many questions at all times of the night and truly made our stay memorable.
With our events at the hotel, the staff helped us set up and clean up AND store everything we asked until we left.
We will absolutely frequent this hotel in the future!

I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”
“I’ve been fortunate to attend our companies offsite here for the past two years, and it’s been a fantastic experience both times. We reserve one of the conference rooms for a few days, and everything from start to finish has always been smooth and well-organized.
The staff really stands out. This year, Karima (Front Desk and Housekeeping Supervisor) was especially memorable - super energetic, friendly, and genuinely fun to interact with. Every time I passed by, she had me laughing. Honestly, every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and attentive, which made a big difference for a group event like ours.
We had food catered during our sessions, and the team did a great job making sure everything was set up on time, refreshed as needed, and cleared quickly. They also had thoughtful snacks and goodies available between sessions, which everyone appreciated.
The room itself was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and I had an awesome view of the pond - it was partially frozen when I arrived and had thawed out by the time I left, which was a cool touch. I also stopped by the front desk for directions at one point, and they were quick and helpful.
One of the highlights was a private dinner we hosted on-site in the mansion - the food was delicious, and the drinks were a great addition to the experience.
Overall, this is a great spot for corporate offsites or events. The combination of the setting, service, and attention to detail makes it easy to recommend. Already looking forward to being back next year.”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.
I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.
Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.
Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.
Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“We live local but came here for a weekend get away! It is amazing. The entire staff, the room was so clean, the bed and bedding were amazing. We dined at the Triple Crown restaurant in the hotel that serves food from morning until evening. It was delicious. So nice to have a high quality hotel and restaurant close to home. “If you go to Chinatown from another city, to the hotel is just 30 minutes in bus, very fast, the hotel has good location, deli 2 minutes walking 24 hours and many restaurants on the side, just in weekends the fare is reduced of the bus, maybe take uber, for go to the downtown, but the suite, is very clean, everything, the air conditioner works good, the TV, the beds are súper softs, even has microwave and mini fridge for save your food( it was súper nice) the people works there very friendly, absoluto if i come back to Philly, i will take this hotel again( good price, good location, good people) excelent ????”

“Good hotel if need to be in the area. Came for a show at the Keswick theater which was a 12 minute ride away. Some construction going on so paper on some parts of the lobby floor. Receptionist nice at check-in. The room was clean with comfortable bed, the pillows not so much. The contractors set of the fire alarm early in the late afternoon. I walked down the 5 flights. But fire department cleared alarm quickly. It took another 10 minutes for the maintenance worker to get the elevator working. It was a fine stay at a clean hotel and served it’s purpose.”

“The room was very welcoming on arrival. It is very spacious. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of lighting, and, on a hot day, it is nice that the a/c was left running at a comfortable temperature.
The fresh coffee in the lobby was VERY good, with a number of options and sweeteners to choose from. I didn't have any, but nice to see there was popcorn available. The breakfast was standard, but had a nice variety as well: waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal w/toppings, juices, bagels/toast w/various add-ons. My wife can't have gluten or eggs, so that limited the options, but we did ok.
Full disclosure, I originally gave this 3 stars because of some issues that didn't get addressed during our stay. Management, however, followed up quickly and I'm satisfied with their handling of the matter. So I'm changing this to 5 stars as it really did meet our needs for our trip.”

However, the shower in our bathroom was awkward to use - you have to be in the shower to turn it on and wait through the cold water in the shower until it gets to your preferred temperature; also, the handle on the shower door fell off when I tried to close it - the hotel itself is an older property in need of maintenance updates which is seen most readily the shower.”
