“This place was great to pick up a one way out truck for a PA to PA move. There were some small issues that came up but Jessica made sure this was taken care of before we even got there to pick up the truck. She also helped change the drop off location to better suit our needs. Super convenient location.”
“I've rented from here numerous times and this location is wonderful. The equipment is well cared for and they have a pretty large fleet as well as a good selection of in-store supplies for last minute needs, ie boxes, straps, mattress bags, etc. The manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Rt 51 and Rt 88, but hidden in a neighborhood so your vehicle isn't out in the open. I will definitely continue to use this location. Highly recommend.”

“Used a 15 footer. Got charged the 30 fee after drop off because it said gas was too low. Which for the amount of money/gallons I put in and miles I drove doesn't make any sense. But the guy was super nice and it was an easy process to get the truck in the first place as it was last minute so I gave it the 4 star rating. And drop off was nice because u could drop keys after hours and leave truck if they weren't open which is what I did.”

“Easy access on the saw mill run road. The staff was helpful. After hours drop facility. Gas station closer to refill and drop the vehicle. Better experience overall.”

I wish I got the name of the girl who helped us but she was amazing! She promised to call if we were able to pick up a rental that day and she kept her word. Nice rental, clean and ran great!”
“Kudos to the staff. They are amazing. That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process.At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking. Verify everything, gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!!Really nice experience.”
“Easiest truck rental I've ever had. Janine Greer was professional, personable and very efficient. Truck ran great and all worked as expected. Completely different experience than when I rented from U-Haul in Washington, PA. Definitely would recommend the Bethel Park, R188 Self Storage location to anyone.”

“UPDATE: I wrote this review, I am please to add that the company contacted me and asked how they could help improve the situation. I love seeing that kind of response and dedication to good customer service. With people paying that much attention to good details, I would highly recommend that you go with Budget for a truck rental! Rented a truck from here a few times. They did not have the smaller size, so my order go upgraded at no cost to me. While in my case this was helpful, it might not always be so great. The guy who rented to us was friendly, but the service was not super prompt. There was a problem with one of the trucks we rented, but after calling in they helped us come to a conclusion on how to fix the situation.”
