“Amazing service by Humayun. Me and my wife switched from Metro due to service issues. We are old and are not technology oriented Metro people were not at helpful. We switched to cricket . Humayun helped us out of the box . He taught us the usage of phone very comfortably. Now we can do video call to our son far away from us. Humayun made us fan of cricket. Great experience. We highly recommend to go to South hills village cricket.”

“Fast, courteous, professional and friendly. I needed a new charger port for a Samsung Galaxy. The part was ordered and came in 3 days, and it was replaced in 1/2 hr for $89. It works great and I'm so glad to not have to buy a new phone. Even the guy at the Verizon store told me to go to this kiosk! I had several people tell me if good experiences here and I'm glad my experience was great too! Highly recommended!”

I couldn’t believe that I was able to get a galaxy a15 for roughly $210 and it came with a case, tempered glass, a charging block, and a speaker!!! Not only did the give me a huge value for my money but they also set us up with a manageable bill with great service. I will be back to try out their home internet as well.”

We took it to Angela and Ben at the T-Mobile store and they figured out what it was and made the necessary fixes. He went above and beyond by doing such an excellent job of helping me get my phone back on track ASAP. I am a Lyft driver, and I just can not afford to have my phone offline and not fully operate properly or I will not be able to make any profits at all. Daymon had throughly explained my options and helped me with the process of getting me back online with Lyft right away. I now have a newly upgraded phone, a much better suited protective cellphone case cover, and also a very great screen protector as well. “I took my son to the store to get a new phone after having it checked from Apple and realizing there was no hope to get it to work. It was fairly busy and everyone was working with a customer. It wasn’t too long-maybe 5 minutes-and someone came to check us in. We had about an hour wait so we did some shopping and came back. Another worker greeted us to see if we needed checked in when we got back and told us we only had one more person ahead of us at that time. We didn’t have to wait too much longer. Jay waited on us and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us out and really made a typically stressful experience easy. We will definitely make the trip to this location in the future.”
