βIt's Macy's! Overall, they offer great products for everyone & every occasion. The only reason I gave 4 stars opposed to 5 is because sometimes, it's disorganized and a little messy, which is stressful and unpleasant. However, this is not a reflection on it's employees or the store itself. I think if I worked here, I may have a hard time keeping up w/the overall upkeep & maintenance, as well as the public!! I do commend the employees for their pleasant temperament and services!β
βcame in this morning in a pinch needing a suit jacket and wasnβt really sure what to go for. Luckily, while I was browsing, Larry came over and was SUPER helpful. From helping me pick out the right jacket and shirt size to making sure everything fit properly, he helped out so much!β

βIt's one of my go-to spots to get items for a fair price. Especially shoes and clothes. Today, I needed some beard shampoo and didn'tfeel like paying expensive prices!! Got this for $5!β
βI don't get to the store often but I was pleasantly surprised at how neatly everything was organized. There was a lot of merchandise to choose from and no line at checkout. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the store.β
βVon Maur is amazing !! From the mind blowing shoe department to the free elegant gift wrap. It's all luxurious. Add the constant piano playing and you're shopping in another realm!β

βUpon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.β

βHad all the regular departments, but felt like mostly clothes. Not alot of choices otherwise. Went to buy sunglasses and only had 50 pairs or so with few variations in styles. Disappointing for what I needed. Store is big, clean and modern. Busy early in the morning.β
βEveryone was so kind , friendly and very helpful.
Love this store and hopefully be back tomorrow .
I may need a wheelchair but I'm sure I will have someone to help me .β

βTJ Maxx is a chain store that sells off-price clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, etcetera. When I shopped here, I bought a dog toy for a low price. The cashier did their job correctly.β
βThis place has great prices on brands that are good quality. I can't believe that it's cheaper to get a great pair of jeans here, than it is at Walmart. They have a lot of great beauty products and several rows of purses, as well as a ton of children's clothing and toys as well. I with held a star due to the underwhelming variety of coats and a deficit of in style shoes, at least in my opinionβ

βVery clean building, have a good assortment of items and very fair priced. Kind of nice that it is a weird location, you miss high traffic areas compared to other Marshalls locations. Sort of unique.β
βSaturday, May 9th I went to Ross Park Mall to return items at Nordstroms. An employee by the name ofJesron was TERRIFIC. He took the time to finish my transaction since another employee at a different register refused to take my returns. I asked to speak with a store manager who was disappointed in how I was treated and said that shouldn't have happened. To the Manager, thanks for your attention in this matter and Jesron, you took the time and patience to complete all that needed done and helped me with my other purchases. You are what customer service should be.β
βEvery time I come here, it feels clean, organized, and fully stocked. I honestly have to have tunnel vision or Iβll want to buy everything!
But the real reason Iβm writing this is to give a huge customer shoutout to the cashier, Dorian B. I genuinely look forward to seeing her and will choose her line every single time β I donβt care how long it is or how many other registers are open. She goes above and beyond.
Her kind personality, friendly smile, and joyful, cheerful energy truly radiate. She makes such a difference in the shopping experience. Sheβs the reason Iβll keep coming back and more. Thank you so much, Dorian. You are amazing and you absolutely stand out. Great light.

βLots of cute Juicy Couture items and many other good finds for cheaper. My only thing was during check out was the cashier kept repeatedly asking us or trying to get us to sign up for the credit card. We kept saying no and it just made the customer service experience a little awkward because if we keep saying no to the credit card, dont keep asking or trying different ways to get us to sign upβ
βprices are very difficult to figure out. they are not clearly marked. it's frustrating. not sure I like the way it's all labeled. just mark the price, simple.β
βWent shopping for my baby got him some summer clothes. This store is big it has two floors the baby and toddler section is on the second floor. The staff was friendly save 40% off and even got cool cash back $100.β

βI come here all the time to buy things I need, and the selection is great for the quality and price! Most of my closet consists of TJ Maxx purchases. The fitting rooms are a bit dusty, but overall quite neat.β
βWhat can I say about a Target that hasn't already been said about Hills 40 years ago? With the concession stand it gives be big futuristic Hills Department Store vibes, just upgraded. Clean store with just about everything you may need.β
βNice-size (two levels), well stocked, clean store. One small complaint (not a deal breaker): On Sunday, they close at 6 pm; Marshall's nextdoor is open until 9:30.β
βI had an appointment with Carmella and she is truly the best. She fixed someone elseβs terrible haircut a few years ago for me and I been going to her ever since! Book with her and you wonβt be disappointed!β
βMarty at Macyβs was absolutely fantastic! My wife, my mother-in-law, and I visited multiple stores while shopping for furniture for our first house, but his helpful, non-pushy approach kept us coming back. He offered thoughtful suggestions, explained the differences in fabrics, and gave honest opinions on colors, which made the decision process so much easier.
We ended up buying our Radley living room set and a dining set from him, and we couldnβt be happier with both the furniture and the experience. Marty made the entire process enjoyable, stress-free, and fun. Heβs definitely a big reason weβll be returning to Macyβs for anything we need in the future!β
βBack on the day you could go to the general store and buy a dress or a pound of nails. Maybe some four eggs and salt.a toy for your child. Then somebody. Not sure who. Spread all these products up and down main st. Trudging through b the snow to but a pair of shoes. Just to go to another and buy socks. And then to a bakery. Oh crap the snow has turned to rain as I walk from the bakery to the sports shop to buy a basket ball. Then carry the basketball and shoes n socks to tge hardware store to buy screws. To hang a picture. And I need to buy meat at the butcher. ..Thx To our friends at Wal-MartΒ©. Now I walk around a well lit climate controlled space. I easily find and place my needs into a roomy cart and get everything I could possibly need.
Thank You Walmart for bringing back our American tradition. Like Olsen's mercantile or Ike godsend. The General Store.

βGreat store. They are always restocking the shelves and great customer service. Con to the store as in all Walmarts they need more cashiers. Two-Three lanes open and the self check out makes you not want to shop.β
