BENCHMARK WAS CALLED ON WAY HOME AND IT TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS TO GET A CHECK . I DID HAVE 6 FIGURES IN ACCOUNT 'S IN W. FARGO .???? I ALSO HAD TITLE TO 50,000 NEWER CAR . NO LOAN . “I was told last minute that the bank I had been with for 10+ years had been sold to a bank that is horrible to say the very least. I have approximately 10 days to get all of my money out of said account and move before the merger or it goes to this other awful bank. I started googling banks in the area. Trumark came up and I looked at reviews and asked around and they seemed like the perfect fix. I applied online and found out it would take DAYS to get an answer, in my time crunch, I don’t have that kind of time. I went into the branch on 113 in Downingtown. I was immediately warmly greeted and sat right down and got the process started. Meanwhile my toddler, who is a toddler and never stops moving. Was clearly bored, the women employees there took her right under their wing so I could get everything done with the least amount of stress as possible. They let her sit in their chairs, gave her a lollipop and played with her. As a mom, this means so much to me. They made the whole stressful process so simple and seamless. I will forever recommend this bank and branch to everything I know. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you.”
“I called in to the fraud department due to having issues with my debit card being declined, the fraud department advised that it was nothing on their end but maybe some type of “monetary limit”, so he transferred me to card member services. I spoke to someone name Vanessa, who to say the least lacked common knowledge within her role so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then cold transferred to a supervisor (she had an accent so I didn’t catch her name) who was rude and lacked knowledge as well…she then cold transferred me to members service! I was highly upset with the service I received up until that moment, but I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with AVERY!! She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind! She placed me on hold to do research and came back with a solution!!! As far as I’m concerned she should be promoted to a managerial role because she clearly has the skills! You’ll need to do better with hiring quality representatives, like Avery! She is an asset to your company because she is the only reason I decided not to close my account!”
