We have always worked with anyone who calls to advise us of any issues whether it be with the equipment or the estimate or the rental agreement. “Needed an annual state inspection on my freightliner cascadia… called multiple places but couldn’t get any shop time. So, decided to call the Volvo dealership. They were hesitant to get me in initially but agreed to have me in the shop. As soon as I arrived, they checked me in and got the truck inspected, road test done and gave me a new state inspection sticker on my windshield.Couldn’t ask for better service. All you freightliner owners, if you needed a state inspection and couldn’t get it done at other places, give this Volvo dealership a call. They took care of me right there.”
