Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. “I have been having real issues with my samsung galaxy s25 phone for several weeks. I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. I'm so happy we went there. Michael was the absolute best!! My phone and computer are fixed and he gave the best customer service ever! Very patient and knowledgeable. I have another device the needs service and I plan to return to this location because of the great customer service he provided.”

“Awesome experience!I went to here to replace my lost SIM card. I called before to inqure about what is needed. Ron (the owner) knows exactly what to do and told me to get my PIN ready before I come. “This store is a great ATT store. Individualized service, and they still care about customers as individuals. Ramon helped me with an issue today that initially could not be resolved to my satisfaction. After I left, he continued to research the issue to find an alternate solution, and gave me a call to let me know he was successful. I returned quickly and the issue was 100% resolved. Very happy customer. I've used this store for years, and have had experience with other stores as I've helped family members and friends. Don't use a mall store. If you are in the broader Newtown area, select this store for your ATT needs.”

I had just broke my phone and didn't know what I was going to do. I was limited on money and time. Ozzy found a way to alleviate my cell phone trouble.
The other staff inside the store were very courteous and helpful to me as well.
I normally ask a lot of questions about my devices prior to purchasing them. I had every question answered without attitude and to the best of everyone's knowledge in the store.
My experience was a 10 out of 10. I live in Jersey but I'll be going their for all my cell phone needs. Thanks again Ozzy.”
