“This the best urgent care I've been to thus far! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. And also, you're not waiting no longer than 15 to 20 to be seen after checking in to be seen. The doctor Lee Heji was very attentive and also very kind. Would recommend anyone to this urgent care over all the other ones.”

“I’m scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.”

“Wow. What a great experience I had today. I checked in on my phone and was called back before I sat down. Shout out to Gina. She was amazing. Drawing blood is often traumatic for me. This time, it couldn't be easier. One stick and she filled the 8 vials quickly and professionally. I was back in my car 8 minutes later. Amazing”

“Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”
“The 2 techs working on 3-12 in the afternoon were so WONDERFUL to my Son. My Son is special needs and is in a wheelchair. He is very strong especially when he has to get blood drawn. It’s a 3 person job typically. I was there myself with him and the to women working could not have been more helpful, kind and caring to him. I held one arm down and the 2 women focused on the arm they were getting the sample from. We were able to get what we needed with no issues. I was so thankful to them I gave each one of them a hug before we left. Definitely will bring him back to this location!!”
“I never made an appointment but I do go as soon as they open. The longest I've ever waited was 6 minutes. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional and friendly. The site is clean, plenty of seats inside and plenty of parking. I would recommend LabCorp to anyone.”

“Never really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?❤️? the staff was great!! And I even got lollipops when I was done ?”

“Needed a paternity test asap. I learned about DDC from a friend and am glad I called. The price was good and was able to get a same day appointment. The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. The experience was quick, simple and painless. I am so glad I got this done and chose this place. I highly recommend.”

“I was honestly nervous about not being seen because the Labcorp location I went to beforehand told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins. Since this was my only day off and I didn’t have an appointment, I was stressed about it. Thankfully, this location was completely different. I waited less than 10 minutes, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. I usually don’t have pleasant experiences at labs, so this visit really surprised me in the best way.”

“I went to Lab Corp. at City Ace BalaCynwyd location and the amount of peopme was overwhelming!
Howver the staff at this location saw to it the each and every person was seen and rajen care of!
Please Give Every EMPLOYEE at Bala Cynwyd Lab Corp a significant “MONEY RAISE” they deserve and have earned the increase in pay!
Give it up for the EMPLOYEES at City Ave Lab Corp. blood letting offices!!”
“My 9 month old needed blood drawn and as a first time mom, I was overwhelmed with emotion. Nelly was extremely calm, so chill - letting me know everything is great and my baby is resilient! My baby was crying and it didn’t bother Nelly at all, and she did what she had to do. She was not annoyed with me being emotional, and I really appreciate that - she cared to make sure I was okay along with my baby. Thank you Nelly!”

“I really don't enjoy giving blood but I had to go today for some blood work. There is only one staff member working there named Charlyce who is responsible for pretty much all the functions of the office.When I walked in she was cleaning all the relevant areas as well as checking people in performing their phlebotomy etc Charlyce is probably the best phlebotomist I've ever had and I could barely even feel the initial needle entry into my vein. She's very pleasant, highly efficient and took an interest in attention to detail and if I have any more blood work I'm going to make sure I go see her. If anyone from LabCorp reads these you better promote her because the second I get a chance I'm going to take her from you and hire her for myself!
Addendum: I saw Charlyce again today, as usual she was by far the best blood draw Ive ever had, and as usual she was her pleasant self. Anyone that doesnt enjoy needles or blood draws should look into this place- with quickness.”

“I get labs here regularly, and both staff are pleasant and professional. They are quite busy, but handle it with calm efficiency. Also, I tend to bruise easily, but I rarely have any bruising after my blood draws from either phlebotomist, which is just phenomenal in my book!”
