“Wilder Perez is the golden standard of customer service. I had a close friend recommend Wilder to me to help with a simple question regarding my cell phone bill. Little did I know, a few weeks later I would be contacting him asking if there was anything he could do as my phone number was compromised. Wilder not only took my phone call, but remained with me for over 2 hours on the phone while I worked with other Verizon support staff to resolve my issue. He did this all in the evening, on his own time while at home. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, reassurance, and knowledge to help me through a very stressful situation. Wilder is the type of person you hope to have on the other line when you need assistance. Thank you!”

They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“Eli was a great associate who was able to help me get a new phone, when my current one would reset every five minutes. Despite the trouble, the annoyance of it resetting, Eli was patient and kind and was able to get me a brand spanking new phone. From an iPhone 13 that didn’t work and would reset, to a brand new iPhone 17 pro max. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone who gave a poor review of this store clearly didn’t get Eli as their associate.”

“The team at Artistic Video and Sound did a fantastic job installing a three zone Sonos outdoor audio system as well as a beautiful array of outdoor landscape lighting for us. Very professionally done and service techs were phenomenal. They even came back out at 10:30 pm one night after install to ensure all outdoor lights were properly aimed and made adjustments as needed. Both audio and lights controlled right from apps on my phone. Highly recommend this company!!”

Store is so cool, a trove of greatness, well stocked selection of awesome equipment at good prices. Dan's is *that* place to meditate over audio-related decisions including what amplifier to get, how to re-introduce cassette decks back into one's rig, and more. Listen before you buy? Definitely. I got a wonderful pair of JBL speakers, and a nice Sansui amp from Dan's and I can't wait to go back. Super cool vibes. “Michael was incredibly kind and patient with me today. I was having an off day, had my toddler with me, and was trying to purchase a new phone when my card declined several times. While this women seemed frustrated cus she was waiting on Michael after he told her a 20 min wait, Michael never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He was supportive, and helped me work through the issue until the transaction went through.
Michael had to go to lunch and introduced me to Felix they both reminded me of something important. Shoutout to Apple for these incredible men.
