“We took our time making our selection over a period of about two weeks. Robert remembered us as soon as we walked through the door the second visit. There was little sales pressure, and they made us feel they were always there to service us.
Finalizing the sale and securing the financing was literally three minutes.
Robert offered private delivery companies, as this was an outlet purchase.
There was some confusion at pickup as we were not told pickup time would be at noon. We arrived at 10:15, but Adam made sure to make the pickup happen promptly with little interruption.
I need to recognize Marcus from warehouse for being pivotal to having pickup go as smooth as possible.

Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. “Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.”

“We just received the side chairs we ordered and couldn’t be happier!
After unsuccessfully trying to find the right table off fb marketplace, my wife and I decided to make the table we wanted. We ended up going with a modern rustic look and decided if we were going to attempt to make a high end table that it deserved high end chairs.
My joinery skills are nowhere near the level of making chairs yet so we decided to leave it to the pros. After calling and visiting several places to compare pricing, we chose PA Dutch Woodcraft. Their pricing was by far the best, without sacrificing quality. Allan was extremely helpful throughout the process. We were able to choose the same species of wood as well as cut that would match our tabletop. After we selected the stain for the chairs, he even pointed us in the right direction so we could purchase the same stain and make sure the table matched perfectly.
Honestly it was an awesome experience and I’m excited to have these chairs for years to come and couldn’t be happier with how everything came together! Thanks Allan!
