“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”
“They gave me an appointment 2 days after calling and when I arrived the repair was very quick, then they did a follow up call to let me know that if I had any problem with the front glass they would take my car for any repairs. I highly recommend them.”
“After 2 years of getting poor reception with Verizon, I finally decided to make the switch to AT&T and choose this store on McKnight Road near the Seibert intersection in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. I was so lucky to work with Stephen there! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services available and gave me great advice!
