“Tia’Ann at the Verizon Wireless Zone in Oakmont knows her stuff. I have been putting off upgrading from my 10S to a new phone iPhone 17 for over a year because of how painful the experience has been for me in the past. Tia’Ann is a magician when it comes to switching phones. There are still some issues with having to sign into apps again once on a new device - such as your Gmail account - I don’t want anyone to think it’s 100% trouble free - but Tia’Ann made this process so much better than I ever thought it could be! Tia’Ann was recommended to me by my son who saw her in September for a phone upgrade and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!”
