“I highly recommend this store! We went to this store to ask for assistance in solving the issue with porting my neighbor's Consumer Cellular line over to AT&T and then going to the Apple Store to purchase a phone and watch. Apple had issues even though we had the transfer Pin and was of little help in helping - they told us to call Consumer Cellular. Consumer Cellular told us everything was fine on their end and to call AT&T. AT&T was no help on the phone. We were getting the run around from everyone. We went into the this AT&T store and the manager Paul was very helpful, patient and determined to fix the porting issue for us. He spent over an hour on the phone with different people at AT&T determined to solve it for us. He clearly went above and beyond. We were so impressed we bought the phone and watch for my neighbor from his store. I'll be back when I need a new one as well. Jo Jo was patient in setting up the tech for my elderly neighbor and making recommendations so it was more user friendly for her since she is new to Apple. Thank you Paul and Jo Jo - you have got a customer for life!”

“Tia’Ann at the Verizon Wireless Zone in Oakmont knows her stuff. I have been putting off upgrading from my 10S to a new phone iPhone 17 for over a year because of how painful the experience has been for me in the past. Tia’Ann is a magician when it comes to switching phones. There are still some issues with having to sign into apps again once on a new device - such as your Gmail account - I don’t want anyone to think it’s 100% trouble free - but Tia’Ann made this process so much better than I ever thought it could be! Tia’Ann was recommended to me by my son who saw her in September for a phone upgrade and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended!”

“I have worked and managed in the customer service/customer experience space for almost three decades. My visit to T Mobile yesterday, where I was so ably helped by Darren W, was without a doubt one of the best customer service interaction I have ever had. I had put off upgrading my I phone for some time. I also wanted the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Because of the horrible storm this past Friday night, we had no power. I thought it might be a good time to get an I pad that didn’t rely on WIFI.

I apologized to Darren when he introduced himself — this was going to be a complicated order, and I needed to ask a huge favor. We had been without power for more than 18 hours. Would it be possible for the phone, watch, and I Pad to be fully charged? He smiled and said it was no problem, that he would be happy to. He spent considerable time with me going through my accessory options. Every screen protector was perfectly installed. (Unlike when I do them!).

Darren, and all of the people working on Saturday, some who also had no power, were so incredibly helpful and kind to everyone in the store. I am grateful to Darren. He represents T Mobile with distinction and provided the finest customer experience.”

“I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!”

This wonderful employee gave me his personal number and helped me after hours and on his days off to get our 3 lines transferred over from another carrier! Who does that? And I’m talking about multiple days and hours spent when one phone that was shipped out of state had some issues. Geoffrey swooped in like Superman and handled everything with a smile, making jokes to help alleviate tensions, and with the determination of a dog with a bone to make everything just right!
