Hines Feed Store
210 S Juniata St, HollidaysburgMy dog was sprayed with a skunk. My dog groomer told me to go to a feed store and get skunk be gone. They had something similar and the sales person was so helpful. I would recommend the store.

Pet Grooming

Cheryl's Critter Cuts
904 Blair St, HollidaysburgMy puppy was looking very shabby and beyond what I could do for him. I decided on Cheryl's Critter Cuts because it is close by and I pass it often.
Making an appt was extremely easy. I VERY much appreciate the ability to text to set vs calling. It's just easier for some people (like me) to text vs talking on the phone especially while at work.
While checking out, I got some great advice on a problem I'm having with my pup that I mentioned to her when I dropped him off.
The cost was not bad at all for turning my shaggy guy into a handsome gentleman. I also enjoy that next time he needs his nails clipped, I won't need an appt - I can just walk in anytime for it!

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Boro Coffee Co.
411 S Juniata St, HollidaysburgFirst of all, if I could give more than five stars for this place I would. It's almost like a little hidden gem. It's in Hollidaysburg right beside USA Hotel. You'll have to check their hours for sure, but they're only open until like 2:00 in the afternoon, Monday through Friday I think, but they're open on Sundays which is a bonus. The girls inside are just awesome. So friendly and helpful and they remember your drinks! Their coffee is quality coffee that is roasted in State college and it's just got the nicest flavor and is consistently good! I was disappointed at first because they don't have cold foam but I didn't miss it at all. Their coffee is just that good. They have homemade bagels and a few goodies from the shop adjacent to them but you aren't going to find sandwiches or such because Boro is truly a Coffee shop.
There's a small amount of seating inside and a cute little patio outside.
If you turn at Thompson pharmacy and go into the alley, you'll see their patio. I like to park in the back because there are steps in the front and I can't do them.
I've been telling all of my friends about this place. It's just wonderful. I Highly recommend it.
I will take some pictures so I can add them. Such a pretty little place. Give it a try
