1065 E Main St, Roaring SpringMy daughter's cat suddenly developed breathing problems last month and we couldn't find any vet in the immediate area that was willing to take him in to look at him. We took a chance with Companion Animal Hospital and after a few hours of waiting we got a call back telling us that they couldn't get him in that day but could squeeze him in a few days later so we quickly booked the appointment. I could tell that since there wasn't as many vets as usual due to a convention I believe several of the other vets told me that they were doing their best with the staff they had. Unfortunately it turned out that our poor kitty cat had FIP and we had to make the hard decision to put him down that day. They gave us ample time to say our goodbyes and let us stay in the room with him while they put him down which while it was hard gave me piece of mind knowing that he was completely alone. We weren't prepared for a big vet bill but they were willing to work with us and we're in the process of paying it all off. We have one other cat that's due for boosters in the summer and we're definitely bringing her here to get them done.
