“Google maps had this store listed as a Fed-Ex/Kinkos. I went to get a document printed that was on my google drive and thought I could just email it to get printed like most Fed-Ex/Kinkos locations. The set up for printing was different but the clerk, Patrick, was super helpful and walked me through a bunch of confusing hoops to get the document printed. I saw him be ebullient with other customers and his coworkers. Very impressed.”

“Pretty good gas station! This is affiliated with Giant Eagle, so I was able to redeem my points there if I need to. Not a sketchy place, but few people who use the station are. Otherwise, a lot better than I expected, since this place was rated so low.”

“I didn’t want to record but you need to know it was my first experience at the Waterfront CVS and I was extremely impressed. The pharmacist ( the ONLY pharmacist) was pleasant and helpful from the beginning till the end.. I’ve never seen such a pleasant pharmacist.. The other pharmacies I have dealt with were all so miserable.. It’s because they’re all short staffed but the customers need to be treated better. It’s not our fault.. The pharmacist at CVS was also by himself with numerous customers but he was still pleasant. I thanked him for being so kind. I don’t know his name and I hope you’re able to find this out by the survey number. Reward him for a job extremely well done. Please he deserves some recognition…. I was there Saturday, July 8 around 11:30 . Thank you”
