“Sis not realized the store moved from one side of the complex to the other. They have lots of nice little toys and stocking stuffer for kids. Only downside is not everuthjng was marked with a price. It's also all self check out now, and make sure to take your own bags or you will need to buy one or carry all your purchases.”

“With the frigid temperatures, I was hoping for a dose of spring gardening (pots). I didn't see any gardening, spring faux flowers. Nevertheless, I did browse through the store to see the Christmas clearance and a display for the Chinese Lunar New Year; it's the Year of the Horse.”

“Store has been clean and organized every time Ive been. Their mens shoe selection has has been hit or miss lately. They consistently have Hey Dudes for 34.99 which is the cheapest I've been able to find them. Have found nice Nike AFO and Jordans there. Large and mid sizes.”
“Pickup experience always great, been doing it with this store for 4 years now. People, stay in your cars & out the way when they're loading you up. Over 40's struggle with this. I second the other lady's comment about shady groups of guys loitering by the pickup area; its weird & sketchy & something needs to be done about that. Also West/North York people yall have a Walmart down there you know ??”
“Very organized store and helpful staff. Thank you for making my TALL teenager clothes and coat shopping a breeze! He HATES clothes shopping but you make it effortless. Highly satisfied. In and out.....the ladies at Sephora were great and so were the ladies at the self checkout lanes.

“I Love Ross stores from York and Lancaster but this was my first time on this one and they have plenty stuff but some areas they were kinda of messy and you have to look and like dig to find the stuff, the perfum area some of them were open and missing inside. But they do have a lot stuff.”
“I’m a truck driver that shops at Walmart’s all across the country and I think this is one of my favorites. It’s really because of the people. For example a couple of times I had to leave my shopping cart to use the bathroom and no one stole my shopping cart when I returned. But seriously everything is pretty well stocked and clean especially the bathroom here.”

“Good place for shopping. Was able to get milk and bread here. The customer care personnel were very nice, and they greet you as you come in. There is a dollar tree close to this spot, but they do not sell cold goods like milk or eggs. There is a giant in this mall, too, but you should check out Family Dollar first. Their price is mostly reasonable.”
“I happened to be in Etters and stopped in for a few items for myself and a friend. Although they did not have his usual bag of pretzel rods, I was able to find everything else on the list, including items that were not needed, but appreciated; Reese's peanut butter hearts and Rice Krispie flavored Peeps. My friend was very happy. While in the store, the cup of water that I had just finished, hit me. I was afraid to ask to use the bathroom because some of the Dollar Stores do not have their bathrooms open for paying customers. Tina, the very nice lady at the register, gave me the key and the directions to my future relief. I walked into a very clean and decent size single bathroom. Both the store and the bathroom were kept in good order. Thank you, to all the employees that keep it running, and again, to Tina, for her very kind attitude. I definitely recommend this location to others.”

“Customer service is top notch. The customer service reps, fulfillment and the drive up workers deserve a raise.
The pressure placed on these employees is unbelievable- just to stay number one in the district? When my daughter worked here (also her friend) they were both reprimanded for calling off due to a store wide stomach virus.
They were told “Everyone else came to work, why couldn’t you?” Mind you, I’m a parent and a customer who also got sick because of this.
**However the 4 stars are because the employees of this store do a great job!***
The management here is just hostile and goal oriented- not people. Which isn’t the way to show appreciation to them for doing such a good job. It’s a shame that I can’t give them 5 stars due to the toxic workplace issues which as a loyal customer means just as much as getting my products within 2 hours.”
“In the electronic degital clocks quality is very poor, I had to return 2 times, the items section must be clearly visible from every sides, as arranged in grocery section, It's feel like solving some puzzles and wasting of time of the customers”
“Beautiful clothes from petite to women's. Check online to know when they have sales. If you order online they take returns. Awesomely FRIENDLY staff, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer off the top of your head they'll get it for you in a minute or 2. Love this store!”

Having an online account makes returns super easy.But what really brought me to review this Wal-Mart was the Front End Lead, Michael.With a smile on his face he takes care of customer and associates needs. He is super friendly and understands how to prioritize when another associate hollars.... "MICHEAL WHAT DO I DO WITH THESE? " while he is addressing another customer's needs-mine!Wal-Mart is extremely fortunate to have this young man on their payroll.
