“Great store. Men’s and women’s sections are well organized. Plenty of stock and selection. Store personnel are busy working so you need to ask for help if you need it. The clothing quality is great and last a long time with many washes. The store has great sales and fun events. Definitely a great place to shop. They are environment friendly so bring your own bags. ????⛵️??”

“As someone who wears petite sizing, it’s incredibly challenging to find petite clothing in-store. In a last-ditch effort, I stopped into the Talbots at King of Prussia, and to my relief, they had an entire petites section! Even better, one of the sales associates, Bonnie, went above and beyond to help me.
I recently had my color analysis done, and Bonnie thoughtfully worked to find pieces that matched my color palette. As I browsed, she gathered each item and set me up in a fitting room, making the whole experience seamless. She was more than happy to exchange sizes, search for alternative color options, and answer my (many) questions with grace and patience.
It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I left the store feeling seen, supported, and excited about my finds. Thank you, Bonnie!”

“My biggest gripe with this store is that they don't keep three larger sizes avaliable on display. I thought it was a fluke the first time but I went recently and the majority of the clothing on the floor were extra small and small which means you need to ask them to look for it in the back and they usually have those bigger sizes in the back. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and suggest that the workers should be replenishing the floor with the mediums and large clothing. Luckily, people are friendly. The store is organized and clean. They have a lot of options especially if you're small and if you want to ask them to pull sizes for you.
I just want to say this to Free People in general, please for the love of God, get a better system for the dressing room doors.”
“My wife and I came in looking for a couple of things, specifically a pair of shoes for her. We've been to a lot of boutiques and I have to say that this was one of the nicest experiences we've had. No velvet ropes blocking the entrance. No one looking down their noses at us.
We were greeted immediately by a very helpful and friendly sales person who showed us to the back and helped us find a pair of shoes almost immediately. We were also looking to buy someone a gift and ended up purchasing a bag as well.
We got offered drinks and we learned some of the history of the brand while we waited. Everything was wrapped beautifully. I think that many of the brands that consider themselves high fashion should take a lesson out of Tori Burch's book, especially if this boutique is indicative of how the others operate.
We will definitely be returning in the future.”

“I've been coming here for years since it first opened. Of course, it's hit or miss when I am killing time, but I almost always find the specific item I am seeking for when I really need it. Great for men's attire - shoes, shirts, jeans, etc. The clearance used to be better, but sometimes I find a gem. I think the golden age of people returning designer HauteLook items at Norstrom Rack and them showing up on clearance are a thing of the past... Great place and awesome location to stop in after a social or business event.
Also, they hire the nicest, most helpful, and patient people.”

“I loved the conch fritters and my friend really loved her chicken with mashed potatoes entree. Deanna was a wonderful waitress, very helpful, friendly and upbeat. The place was clean and bright. The music was okay, maybe a little loud, considering there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. Also, it was rather chilly, but again, it's probably because there were fewer people in the restaurant. If you could adjust these things as appropriate to the number of people in the restaurant at the time, this could easily be a 5 star review.”
