“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. Last time I was in: It was nearly closing time and the young woman, who was working the front on her own (other employees handling different tasks) was very notably multitasking. There were two customers present before me. Their transactions were finished in just moments.
When it was my turn, I had came prepared with QR but needed outer packaging for my small item. She knew exactly where my options were located and closely estimated the cost. Not only did she put knowledge-to-action, she switched stations to start with the next customer as I made my choice and then returned to me when she was free again. This employee is clearly the example of a talented person in motion, working diligently to place the customer first. She had all the answers for the customers and simultaneously replied to the passing employees as they went in and out to their FedEx vehicle.
I don't work for FedEx and know this person nor catch her name, but she was closing Tuesday 8/9/26. I was the one who came in with the bike 🚴

“I’ve had to visit this post office several times over the past month, and the service has been consistently exceptional. Every staff member is attentive and thorough. Even when a supervisor wasn't immediately available to handle a specific concern, I received a follow-up call within 24 hours from a fully briefed supervisor who helped me right away—no repeating myself required. Lines can get long since there’s often only one person working the counter due to USPS underfunding, but the staff does an incredible job despite being short-staffed.”
