“I am a T-Mobile home internet customer of 3 years and my original Gateway recently broke. Initially I went to another T-Mobile store where I was told that I would have to wait one month for a new Gateway to arrive because it was on backorder. Obviously, I did not want to be without internet for a month so I went to the Bridgeville store for a second opinion.
I explained the situation to Kiko, who listened closely and immediately proposed a solution to my dilemma. Less than an hour later I was on my way home with a new Gateway and no extra expenses out of my pocket. I had internet service again that night.
I highly recommend working with the Bridgeville store in general, and Kiko specifically. She is kind, caring, and smart, which is a great combination for anyone and not always easy to find in the world of tech support. She made what had been a frustrating situation instantly better and made a point of leaving me with her personal number in case I ran into any additional problems and needed to follow up with her. I cannot say enough good things about working with her.”

“I have an iPhone 13 Pro and it was really difficult for me to find a repair store that had my screen in stock to get it replaced within that same day or relatively soon. I came and visited them on Saturday and even though it’s a busy holiday season they took care of me and replaced my phone screen within 20 minutes. The manager and the staff was very helpful and I sincerely appreciated everything they did to help me! I really recommend them! It’s right by Sephora too. You can park in target and walk right through & you’ll see them.”

“recently walked into this T-Mobile next to vision works to get a phone This visit accomplished what I was looking for I am happy with my new phone although That said, entering into this store was unwelcoming There was an employee sitting closest to the door in a hat who came across as not caring to give a hello, looking down at his phone what made things worse was that he remained seated the entire time. It is clear I’m older and have a difficulty standing for long periods.
