“Metro by T‑Mobile – Monroeville, PA Manager: Mohammad I walked into this store with a simple phone issue — nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable. Instead of helping a paying customer, the manager Mohammad told me it would be “alright” if I took my business somewhere else. Let me be clear: what legitimate business tells a customer to take their business somewhere else? That is not customer service. That is not professionalism. That is not how you treat anyone who walks through your door. I came in expecting assistance. I left with the manager dismissing me like my business didn’t matter. If this is how Metro by T‑Mobile in Monroeville operates — pushing customers away instead of solving problems — then people deserve to know. Completely unacceptable behavior from a store manager.”

“Shaun was very helpful in getting our 3 phones transferred over. There was a very annoying and inappropriate customer who kept trying to get in on the process and Shaun was so professional in nicely asking him to stop. I would not have been as nice.”

“Nate E helped me process all the options for me when it came to my cracked back screen. I was able to get this sorted out without spending a ton and he looked over my account to make sure I am getting the best prices etc. I recommend going in later in the evening as it seems to be popular during the day. In the evening it was just me, him and another customer.”
