I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I will continue to contact them for all of my theater, and audio and video requirements. Absolutely a Five Star company!”

“I never write reviews but had to!Came to this store to put my grandmother on a new line, with her being older-and non experienced in cell phones I thought why not go to Verizon right down the street from her. As soon as we stepped foot into the store we were greeted so nicely. I usually don’t go to phone stores but New Britain went above and beyond my expectations. We were helped by a girl named Skylar and she was just amazing! Breaking everything down for me and my grandmother, making sure we got everything we needed and just overall was a pleasant experience. “NetCarrier is an excellent partner to work with on all things voice and data services. We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“Product and technology knowledge, as well as service plans, were very good. My customer service rep was good once they got to me....biggest complaint was the lack of urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I was greeted at the door signed in and then waited while there were 5 employees present and only 3 customers. They chatted amongst themselves for about 10-15 minutes while I sat and waited .... If there are more employees in the store than customers, there really shouldn't be a wait...overall the service wasn't bad but that is definitely an area for improvement.”
