“We recently ordered the new TMobile router. It was the $70 package where you receive Hulu and Paramount + for free with this package. It was supposed to be a 15 minute self install process. It was a nightmare. We decided to go to Warminster TMobile. Mark D was AMAZING!! He went right to work. He got hung up on and still moved forward. He rectified our log in troubles etc. Thank you Mark D. I hope TMobile and upper management values you as much as we do.”

“NetCarrier is an excellent partner to work with on all things voice and data services. We have used their voice services for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed with any part. Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”
