“I was a Verizon customer for 15 years. I decided to switch T-Mobile during one of their promotions. I called the 800 number to open an account. During this promotion, I was offered an IPhone 17, and the payoff of my current phone. I was told by the representative on the phone that T-Mobile will take care of my remaining balance. Nearly a month later, I still have a phone balance with Verizon. There was an issue with processing and I was not made aware. I was told to pay it off and they will reimburse me personally. I am extremely thankful for the T-Mobile store in Pittston as they guided me through this entire process and provided the highest quality of customer service. Hunter, store manager, has gone above and beyond for issues neither he nor his store created. If you are considering opening an account with T-Mobile, please do yourself a favor and GO TO THE STORE IN PITTSTON. Do not call the 800 number to open an account.”

“I recently visited an AT&T store and was treated well. The technician sorted out my son’s phone with ease. We used to be on a prepaid basis with 3 lines. Now They have us set on a normal plan including home internet we decided to let the cable company go.Samething is always on or nothing at all so we decided that just paying for the internet and go to app based tv stations is the smarter play. The cable company is just so expensive and you don't even get the channels you want and give you what you don’t want or need all because it’s included in a package. So the guy the helped us set everything up so phones and internet with 1G plan was the way to go. So happy to be getting rid of the cable company,good bye cable bill. Thanks AT&T”
