“This place always seems to have what I need or finds a work around for me. Needed to repair a lavatory sink drain plug. This plug worked differently than the usual and no one had the replacement. These folks had a way to repair the un-replaceable. Works like new again. Price was fair.”

Everyone at the store is friendly, and there is usually at least 1 person ready to help with experience in what you need. Today, it was Dan. He knew exactly how to help and gave advice on how to complete the repair. Will be back next time I attempt to fix something.”

“My favorite tool store! Friendly staff, huge selection of tools. This is one of the larger Harbor Freights I've visited and I really appreciate the vast selection of tools here.
I'm pretty careful with my electronic tools, and am a firm believer in "buy it for life" kinds of purchases, but the warranty they offer on the above mid-grade tools is hard to beat. I will always consider the Harbor before going to the other brands.”
“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional.On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined.Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike”

“They repair lawn mowers. After I bought a reel type push mower, I took it to them so that they can assemble it for me. They even helped me fit it into the trunk of my car. They said I don't owe them anything, but I did give them a tip.This happened a few years ago. But I will always remember their friendliness and kjndness. I would recommend them to everyone!”

“I came to Ferguson's for the same reason I've seen others list that going to Lowe's or home Depot there's no help to be found and when it is regrettably they're not knowledgeable of the department they're assisting in.
Ferguson's was great the guy who helped me was quick knew exactly what I was looking for and had me out within 5 minutes of walking in. Cost wise it was about 2 bucks more than ordering and waiting a week through any other companies time was was saved and project completed same day so the 2 bucks well worth it.!!!

“This is a terrific hardware store. The people who work there seem to actually listen to and care about their customers. I have had some questions which were probably quite stupid, and they have never made me feel dumb for asking. They are also very knowledgeable about all sorts of repairs and projects, and will help you find exactly what you need for what you're doing. And if you need something they don't carry, the staff will direct you to the right store for it.
This has become my go-to store for bolts, tools, spray paint, and other random things I need.”
