After a lake incident left both mine and my husband's phones completely ruined, Som stepped in and made a stressful situation so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he get us a great deal, but he also worked quickly to get everything set up and back on track for us. Truly top-notch service — we left the store feeling relieved and taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Som if you're in need of help or an upgrade. He’s the best!”

“The young man who helped me was not Mohommad but a different guy altogether. I’m pointing that out only so that the young man gets the credit he deserves. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me some water when he saw that I was having a little trouble as I’m a diabetic and forgot to bring my water flask. He’s a great asset to ATT and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility.

I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! He even put a screen protector on it for free…If I could I would give them 6 out of 5 stars… That’s how much I recommend them…!!!”

Not only was Arthur able to help with phones he was able to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We had a very bad experience at a different location prior. Everyone working in the store truly seems to want to help everyone as much as they can. It’s not the closest AT&T for us but it’ll be the one we use now.”
“Kyler G is the man! Upgrading my iPhone 14 to the 17 Pro was a quick and painless process. He let me know about all of the promotions I qualified for, answered all of the questions I had with the new phone, and explained what to expect my future Verizon bills to look like. I went to two Apple stores today for this phone with no luck (lack of inventory and poor customer service) but on the plus side of those poor visits I found someone that I trust and will be recommending! “I have been having real issues with my samsung galaxy s25 phone for several weeks. I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. I'm so happy we went there. Michael was the absolute best!! My phone and computer are fixed and he gave the best customer service ever! Very patient and knowledgeable. I have another device the needs service and I plan to return to this location because of the great customer service he provided.”
