“Great customer service at Staples on Tilghman Square. Dayvan, I think was his name was extremely helpful. I wasn't too tech knowledgeable of the Staples App on my phone, and he was able to install it, explain how to access it, and how it works. I didn't even know that I had accumulated $89 worth of converted points. He also helped me find the right ink for my printer and he was able to deduct my bonus points of $89 off my total. “This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. “I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”

This was my first time using this PO and I just happened to stop because it was close to where I was running errands. “The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered.The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive.The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail.Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!”
