“Great experience with Extra Space Storage! My items were safe and secure, especially with the climate-controlled units. Tom and the team were responsive and helpful, and the facility was always clean and well maintained. Highly recommend the Plymouth Meeting location!”
“My wife & I found Adam extremely KIND & HELPFUL. It was our 1st time inquiring about storage. Therefore we needed info & clear understanding of the process. Adam was genuine. Also, we met Joe. Adam showed us the facility & potential storage unit & explained/answered our questions succinctly! We've been here a year & Adam continues to be wonderful & met Trish who carries on the courtesy, & Carissa a new employee also was very mind!”
“Flexible policies, very helpful staff. Sara was great on the phone when opening the unit, and whoever was in the Leverington facility last Monday was also very helpful and showed me my unit options”
“Staniqua was truly amazing! I had to move to a larger unit after choosing a unit that did not fit my needs and I was nervous about the transition (especially after paying the initial deposit). She guided me and my husband through the process smoothly; she gave my husband and I a walk through on the different available units in the size I was going for (I had originally chosen the previous unit based on the videos provided on the website), and was very informational about the rate, exchange, and proceeds. Overall she was amazing; her customer service was 10/10, I honestly could talk to her for longer haha.”
“This is the third time I have used this storage place. They are the greatest. I have moved several times when we had to move because of being in the military and this has been the best experience. Thank you Dora.”

“I want to talk about the extra space storage
And tell them they have been here for me and my family for almost 10 yrs. Karen made us feel like family and the new people that are brought on now are also amazing people to work with. If you communicate with them they will get back to you fast and quick. They do care for you even if you have trouble on making your payment on time. I use them for my daughter in college as well you can connect the accounts. Extra space makes everything easy with no extra hassle. I appreciate this company so come join the family whether its a short time or long time. Extra space has all sizes to accommodate your storage and you can upgrade or downgrade at anytime needed. If I keep writing they will be no room but that's what happens when you established a relationship with them. Thanks again Karen and happy retirement you deserve. You will be miss. Thank you extra space.”

“Isaac’s Moving and Storage of Philadelphia with the crew of Carl Aitcheson, Kelvin Mantock, Daniel Lopez, Rafael Ortiz and Kellis Lee did a fantastic job of packing up and loading our household goods. They were extremely professional, polite and courteous during their time at our residence and made sure that everything was neat and tidy prior to their departure. I would highly recommend them for any future moves. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.”
“Storage places are NOT all the same. Mr. Storage in Havertown is terrific. Fair pricing, nice people, convenient hours, clean bright facility, and well located (not on a scrap of land somewhere that no one else wants!) Never a problem in my 9 years as a customer.”
