“This is such a great place with kind employees. Besides selling pretty much everything you need in your household, they just seem to care about their neighbors. Have stopped by so many times, always made me feel welcome. Being respectful to others doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you.”
“Favorite place to get fresh nice produce, strong coffee too. Always appreciate their great selection of grab and go sandwiches/sides. best babka I’ve ever had. The ppl who work here are so nice also”
“Great little store! Been going here for the better part of a year now mainly for sandwiches, but started buying my take home lunchmeat here too. Great people, will definitely keep going.”
“Great selection, meat department old school helpful service, if you like Mexican food like me, you deserve to shop here. Oh the staff are ,wonderful, great atmosphere, hot food bar!!”
“The store owner was very helpful and nice! The store is clean and well stocked. They sell fine bulgur wheat here and delicious imported snacks, 10/10 would recommend!”
“Best prices for a corner store in West Philly and great quality. Also super convenient if you need certain produce items in a pinch. This is perhaps the only place in this zip code that doesn’t charge for using a card which I appreciate.”
“They never miss when it comes to their hoagies. No matter what time of day it is you can expect to get a super fresh roll, crisp veggies and bomb azz cold cuts. The consistency and freshness is what makes this place one of THEEE best hoagie spots in the N.E.”
“I’ve been shopping here for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The selection here is also great and prices are fair. Definitely my favorite beer store in the area.”

“One of the better bodegas in the city. Ming makes a great $6 hoagie, they come in clutch with the water ice in the summer and the drink selection is pretty solid.”
“Very good pastelitos and stewed chicken. Their selection of cakes and imported chips is very good!
Kid-friendliness: Fun snacks for kids and across the street from a park.”
“Touring here with the NorthXNorthwest staff, specifically Blaise, was an incredibly effortless and productive process that made choosing an apartment simple. The self-guided tours was a great way to independently move at your own pace without the pressure of making any decisions or having a time restriction. I can’t wait to leave here in the next coming weeks.”

“This place has excellent customer service and are very skilled and helpful I will definitely make this my auto parts store from now on since I just moved to the area.”
“This family-owned business is family-friendly and offers tasty hoagies and sandwiches packed with extra meat and fresh ingredients that you can make another one at affordable prices. The staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making each customer feel valued.”
“Great location... awesome gem on a busy street. First time here and Mr Kwabena Asante was very kind enough to give my two daughters bags of plantain chips. This is how you know the owner really cares about his customers by ensuring a unique customer experience.Asante Market has everything... and when I say everything, I really mean everything you need for those delicious African recipes as well as some hard to find British treats.Super clean store that actually smells very good - unlike some other African stores you walk in and want to run the heck back out.Help actually exists here... associates are very happy and more than willing to go above and beyond to assist you.Parking here is a bit fuzzy with small tight spaces but take nothing away from the awesome experience you get shopping at Asante Market.Hats off to the owner and his staff. Keep up the good work!”
“Very convenient, one of the nicest owner/workers that you would want when shopping in a corner store, whether you need tobacco/vapes or snacks this is the perfect store with great prices! This is my #1 store in the neighborhood, highly recommend”

“Can't get enough of these hoagies! Especially since they use Cooper sharp cheese! Maple Honey Turkey is always my go to. And water ice is always good. Great prices.”
“They saved the day yesterday. I'm over standing in a long line for balloons, being manned by one clerk in the dollar store..I was in and out, as time is my most precious commodity!”
“Great prices for breakfast sandwiches that are 5 stars delicious. The selection of groceries and home goods makes this a perfect bodega/corner-store. Glad to have them back in the neighborhood!”
“This is one of those stores where you walk in looking for a strainer and you walk out with a screwdriver, an outlet extender, latex gloves, 3 lottery tickets, and a turkey baster. You forgot the strainer, rinse and repeat. Seems to be run by a nice Korean family, it's a good alternative to Daiso since there isn't one anywhere around here. Recommend you explore the aisles, you'll see things you didn't know you needed. The tool/hardware section is surprisingly well stocked. My one caveat is that I wish they didn't sell betta fish, they usually don't look like they're doing very well.”
“I have to have to say this is hands down my favorite corner store and without a doubt the best in West Philly the atmosphere alone is one of it's top qualities along side with the amazing food and stand up employees I could have an honest conversation with both David and Jose and blink and my food is ready it's always all love whenever I'm in there and it's the perfect combination of professionalism and family oriented vibes 10/10 would choose this location over anywhere else around the area don't believe me check it out yourself.”
“I’m from NY and i promise you this is the only good bodega on the planet of philadelphia. i’ve been here for 3 years and this is the first quality deli i found. my tastebuds thank you.”
“I like how close it is to home, but they are a little pricey. They also dont take food stamps, so forget trying to go there if your using food stamps to grab milk and bread. But if you are bot and have cash, there sandwichs are always good and fresh!”
“Words can not express how grateful I am to have found such a great Teacher. My children are progressing well in Martial arts. I can tell Rannbo is passionate about his craft. Good guy, always positive and super motivating!”
