When I shopped in this store, I saw some name brands that are not available in many other retail stores. The prices were moderate. I purchased several foods and treats for my cats. The cashier said hello, promptly and accurately rang up my purchase, and thanked me. I read that this store offers programs for loyalty, pet foods, and lawns.

I was hesitant to change facilities when my “regular” place was booked up, but The Bark Barn got me in without issue. They took great care of my energetic hounds, and they even provided me with updates when I asked. The boys were both sleepy and happy when I picked them up - the sign of a good stay! I look forward to bringing them back for other daycare and boarding needs.

They take their time & treat the problem instead of charging you for things they know won’t fix the problem…. as I have experienced with other vets in the past. My dog’s ear’s have never been better. 505 Broad St, SewickleyFirst a disclamer- I'm an online subscription customer only and haven't visited the shop itself. But what i can talk about is the customer service and the coffee ive gotten as a subscriber for 12-18ish months. First the coffee- very good ,very high quality beans from the roasters stash for a great value. They might be roasted a smidge closer to medium for specialty that im used to (i buy light-medium stuff from Canada thats probably pulled 30-45 seconds sooner during roasting), however the roast character never becomes overpowering or distracting. Only bug bear here is i wish roast dates were printed on the packaging. I usually assume coffee was roasted within 3 days of shipping and just add a week for resting before consumption
Now onto customer service, which is why I took and decided to actually write this review. So for reasons no is actually sure of, there was and issue that essentially had my shipment being sent to my old address and this was an ongoing issue for 4-6 months and shout out to Stacy for being so helpful and acvomodating when seemingly monthly their staff and i were trying things to rectify the problem. Good news we have (hopefully) resolved the issue.
Tl;dr- good coffee and great customer service with my only minor complaint being no roast dates on my packaging
