“The wait was a little confusing. I walked into the store around 10:30am. Only one salesman was helping customers. I asked all the people standing and sitting around the front of the store if they were in line to be helped. Everyone nodded yes and the single sales person yelled out that everyone would be helped soon.
I sat at a raised table instead of standing because I am handicapped.
All of a sudden, 3 more sales people showed up.
I didn't wait long (10-15 minutes), and I wasn't upset at the wait. I was just confused when I walked in.
A very nice salesman greeted me and was very patient as we worked out my transaction.
I told him how much I appreciated his help and he seemed surprised about that. I thought that was odd.

“Decided to switch out family all to one plan....we did research and ended up at Cricket on 5th st. Let me tell you how amazing this process was. Margie was the employee we spoke to, she treated us, asked what we wanted to do and listened to what I told her. She showed me the plan that would work the best for us and we went with it. We got brand new phones and a great price for 3 lines. go see Margie, she was absolutely amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new cell plan. I've never had such an easy and quick experience. Thank you Margie!!!”

“Went to the location in wyomissing next to the target . my corporate phone was not working and would not power up. I walked into the store and a young man took care of me. They looked at my phone cleaned out all the connection ports. And 5 minutes later it was working. I asked if I owed him anything and he said no. This is how customer service should be. He was very friendly, very nice I offered to pay him and he said no, this was a good job all around, thank you very much for helping me.”
