“I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”
“I had a fantastic experience with BMW of Reading. My BMW client advisor, Vlad Sarlat, was the most professional, dedicated and enthusiastic advisor I have ever worked with. From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless.
As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. The numbers we spoke about were what was on the final documents, and am extremely happy with that. Vlad has the same passion as I do for BMW and he was almost more enthusiastic about my new car than me!
The finance team was also great and made the signing process easy and efficient. All questions were answered and the process was completed in no time at all.

I later learn that this Family had suffered a great loss and was doing it’s best to rebound as a family and a business. “Visiting family in PA and my air conditioner broke. We took my car to Monroe in Sinking Springs PA. They told us that it would take about three hours to fix. Son in law picked us up. Monroe called us when the car was ready to be picked up. Staff was friendly and informed us of the time and cost prior to doing the repairs. I drove back to NY in comfortable conditions with the AC working properly. Thank you Monroe!”
