“I was at the post office today and had a mail a package to Germany for my granddaughter. Joe was absolutely wonderful. He took his time. He even stayed past his lunch. For a few minutes to help me also Sarah was great too. They are a great team at the post office in turtle Creek Frani Caplan.”

“Perfect little post office in a convenient location. Was looking for a post office on the way back from Harmarville, and was pleased to find this one was much closer than Allison Park or Glenshaw. Friendly staff and covid friendly protocols.”
“Always receive friendly knowledgeable service. Never have to wait to get pkgs. mailed. Always have the latest stamps. Entire staff always has warm friendly greeting. Best customer service of any post office. Parking can be tricky but there is always somewhere to park when I arrive.”

“The Eric who works to front desk it's kind of considerate and courteous you ask for anything like assistance and knowing you got a problem with your package or your mail he'll try to get to the bottom of the problem if it can't help you he knows where to send you for assistance all you got to do is ask. I have my PO box over there and if I have mail that's overflowing he'll put it in the back for me which is really nice of him. Thanks Eric for everything you do”
“The place was not only well-kept and had everything I needed to send my packages, but the kind lady who helped me, May, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help get my stuff ready to send. I was in and out in record time, and she made the process super simple and easy - which was definitely appreciated by me, as I don't send a whole lot of mail. ? “It would be nice if the mail lady didnt park in front of my steps blocking my way up to my house . It is a slight slope and the grass is wet . I really dont need to fall at 62 yrs trying to get up a wet hillside. This would be in Brackenridge ,pa”
“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

“My experience with Larry was nothing but the best when getting a passport. at the time of going to get my passport, I had realized I forgot my license, Larry reassured me that it would still arrive on time before my vacation! The next week I went back to actually get my passport because I had my license this time and Larry even remembered us! he was super personable and made the whole experience overall great. He took great care of us and we had a fun time talking to him.”
“This place was amazing! I began the process of renewing my passport. The postal worker was very thorough, extremely patient and helpful when needed I had any questions! !! Both workers quickly moved the line along. I was the only one that was there more than 15 minutes. They were so informative and efficient, so the line moved like a well oiled machine! Maybe, I caught them on a good day! But I doubt it; I feel like this is the norm for this post office. ..”
“The woman today was very helpful. The last time I went in and try to use a flat rate box that should have been $21 and some cents I was told it would cost me $50 to send. I was only sending a box of Pop-Tarts and a box of Twinkies to Germany. Needless to say my friend is not getting his sweets. But today the woman was very very helpful. It was still expensive to send a package to Georgia I thought. Next time FedEx”
“Just took a package to the Swissvale Post Office and not only was it clean and organized, but the service was great. Didn't get the name of the young woman who helped me. She was so pleasant and not that fake niceness one often encounters.”
“Possibly the nicest post office workers I have ever encountered. I always get good service for mailing as well as easy and fast service for passport photos and renewals. They also have a 24 hour drop off for packages in the lobby. Never had an issue here.”

“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position.
