I received excellent customer service from an associate on the floor and the cashier. They were so helpful and kind. The store was well stocked and had great prices. “This target location is clean but the five stars mostly goes to Starbucks. I normally make my order online through the Starbucks app so I was a bit nervous to tell the Barista how I want my coffee. But, the Baristas made me feel so comfortable in sharing my favorite flavors without giving an attitude. The whole experience was filled up with laughter, smiles and understanding. Venique really hooked up my drink and I am still thinking about it til this day. Hopefully, I will see her again soon! Thank you Ladies!”

“If I could leave a a separate review of the store and the employees I would. The store itself would get 2 MAYBE 2.5 stars. It was incredibly empty with freight boxes all over the place. Incredibly difficult to find anything that’s supposedly “in stock” when it’s all in freight boxes scattered through the store, not even in the correct sections.BUT the real reason I’m even writing a review is because of Erica Lynn and Sabrina. I sent those girls on a wild goose hunt for fluffy Halloween pens. This store was the only one in the entire region that said they were in stock. Those two ladies took 20 minutes looking for those pens for me and I am incredibly grateful for it. ????? for Erica Lynn and Sabrina. You guys made my absolute day!!”

“This is the best Target in the area to do a return at. Multiple times I've had issues with an online order and they've had no problem figuring it out for me. The other Target in the area won't even try my return if it's a "third party" from their website. Shoutout to Amanda for assisting with no problem and figuring it out! She's great.”

“I enjoy coming to the Springfield location, they have two levels kinda feels like your in a little mall. I noticed they have cheaper prices also compared to the City Ave location. It's always nice to drop in Starbucks for a Chai Latte while shopping. Target never disappoints.”

“The store has many items, men's, women's, teenagers, children and babies, bags and shoes. Despite having many things out of place I managed to find a good slipper for myself, a bodysuit and a bath towel for my grandson who is about to be born, I also found a nice Tommy bag. So it was good to go to the store. but it's totally disorganized, many things out of place, lying on the floor, it's not the same store as before the pandemic.”
