I had to let you know about this amazing cashier Debbie.On January 15th at 2:11, I had wrapped up my shopping and proceeded to checkout. Just as fast as my sister put her groceries on the belt , Debbie had not only rung up the order but bagged it.Then my order she proceeded to do the same way. We were both so impressed by her. That's not only the fastest but the best bagger.We usually bag our own because we are both very particular about how they are packed. Debbie can ring and pack our groceries any time.Please tell EVERYONE what an awesome employee you have in DEBBIE.This is a well oiled store as well. I received excellent customer service from an associate on the floor and the cashier. They were so helpful and kind. The store was well stocked and had great prices. “I have been a customer of Giant pharmacy Springfield for over 10 years. I transferred to Springfield Sproul when Giant Baltimore Pike pharmacy closed. I initially started with Kara who is terrific. Andrew, the pharmacy manager, and Allen, the other pharmacist are fantastic. Andrew has made that pharmacist was it is today. These people are so knowledgeable, answer all of your questions and always have a smile on their face. Any fears you may have are gone after speaking with them. The pharmacy techs are right up there. We are blessed to have this pharmacy at our store. Hats off to Andrew, Allen and techs.”

“I want to first start by acknowledging the extremely helpful staff members Sharron, Tammy and John. My parents and I were shopping for artificial Christmas trees and found the perfect one but couldn't find the box on the floor. The only tree available was the display and luckily we were able to buy it. The 3 staff then proceeds to help taking the tree apart, looking for boxes to fit the pieces into and load them up and take to the register. Tammy, Sharron and John went above and beyond. My family and I are truly Appreciative!”

“A true foodie or super nuanced vegan can find something here that is not as easy to find at other stores if at all. I would expect only grains and dry things to be unique enough but I found pre-made cashew cream cheese which I thought I might have to go to whole foods or maybe a co-op for, and that is a big maybe. Could've done online or considered making my own but time is of the essence. I didn't want to "substitute" regular cream cheese because it would affect the taste and not be vegan. I am not vegan but a vegan could not even eat something I made with such a "substitution ". The label didn't say cashew milk on it and a store associate over the phone and in-person had to help me. I learned a lot on this day by adventuring randomly on my own food journey, and Martindale's was masterful to help out!”
