The deliver/installation guys were absolutely fabulous! Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be getting our future appliances here.”

“I am terrified that this store might close one day. Growing up my mother shopped here. I have had a cleaning business for 15 years. I have bought quite a few appliances here. Including vacuums, steamers, buffers, fans etc. Service of wonderful. Several times I brought things in for repair and they fixed it in the spot. Absolutely love this establishment. I wish other stores would take a lesson from A to Z on customer service!! 5 stars are not enough!”

“My washer wasn't spinning my clothes dry. My husband callederb electric. They were there the next day, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, and had the necessary replacement parts on the truck. All in all, I was back to doing wash in less than an hour, including the fact that they ran the washer to make sure it would spin properly. Just got the bill- 88 bucks for labor and 57 for the part. More than reasonable and I definitely recommend them”

“Today the store was empty. We were purchasing 1 ton of wood Pellets. The price was excellent. It took multiple attempts to find a pallet not losing Pellets. Once one was found. It was loaded onto our truck. We departed for home. We will be back next year for more Pellets. Staff was very friendly and courteous. In addition to being professional. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“This is always one of the first places I look. Personal service, quality stuff, competitive pricing- every time. I have used this location the most in recent years for projects but you'll get the same experience whatever store you choose. Nobody is perfect but the few issues I've had have always been resolved timely. Once they got me out of a bind after 10 PM on a Saturday night when I broke my water filter. The service guy met me with a smile and I had my water back before midnight. I could go on.Thanks Martins!”

“I just wanted to say what a great experience we had yesterday with Martins. Our mini splits needed to have preventive maintenance on them. I called to make an appointment and they were very accommodating to our schedule. The maintenance was booked in under 2 weeks from the time I called. Yesterday Steve called on his way to our home and arrived at the time he said he would be here. He was very very professional and very informative of the mini splits. I learned a lot from him on how the systems work and what I can do to make them run more efficiently. Martins by far out shines the competition. I’m never disappointed with any sale or service from Martins!! Keep up the great work! Thank you again Steve for the amazing service yesterday!”

“I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Top notch customer service in my book. He told me he had to drop off what he was picking up but he would come back to help me. His name was Aaron. Aaron was SOO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions and complete my order for me. Truly the BEST!”
