“We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly.Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Truist is fine with us getting our checks anywhere we want.This branch is not open on Saturdays, but what the heck, I'm retired.”

“Amazing and professional staff. We got the run around with red tape at 4 other banks in trying to achieve our banking goals. Fulton was no hassle, same day service and opening an account was super easy. Eli was great and dropped everything to help us. He was very patient and the other gentleman working there came in periodically to help entertain our young children with Fulton bank promo goodies while we doing paperwork. “I have been incredibly pleased with Citizens Bank ever since switching over from my previous bank in 2022. Last night I lost my debit card in Target and was fortunately able to report the card lost via the mobile banking app. Today I decided to go to the Turners Lane branch of Citizens to get a replacement card. Not all branches do replacement cards, so it’s really nice that the location website clearly states whether or not the service is offered. I stopped in around 3pm, was greeted by a very friendly gentleman (I’m sorry I did not catch his name, he was great!) and immediately attended to. I’ve never replaced a debit card so quickly. The gentleman I worked with was conversational and clearly excels at customer service. It was an all around great experience, especially considering how inconvenient losing a debit card can be. I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt such a positive experience was worth sharing. Thank you Citizens!”

“Was there last week, i think the teller's name was Mary but not sure. I had to renew my passport at the courthouse. The courthouse needed a check, and would not take any other form of payment. Who carries checks around? Lucky for me it was a nice day out and i could walk to this bank. Mary quickly rose to the challenge and issued me the certified check that i needed. Explained how it worked and was as nice as could be. Thank you!”

“If you have any trouble or need any help or assistance ask for nick. He is one of the sweetest most understanding person I have ever met when going to a bank. I had a few issues when working with a bank teller and as I was leaving I saw nick and asked if there was any possible way he could help me he immediately stopped what he was doing and walked over and politely asked the woman to do the deposit For we have been customers there for many many years. He saved me a lot of headache and unwanted fees that would have happened if he had not helped me If I could give a million star review for nick i would.
