A few months ago we had a serious health scare with a dog we were sitting, and they went above and beyond to help me figure out where to go and what to do, even calling the emergency vet ahead of time to let them know the circumstances and called me a few days later to check in - this was for a dog that was not even their patient! I'll always remember their kindness and recommend them wholeheartedly.

He is compassionate and wants to give the best possible care and will go to lengths for his patients! The staff are some of the sweetest people I have ever met and truly care about your animal and love them as soon as they walk through the door. They truly did nothing but take care of and support us when our 5 month old kitten Whiskey needed surgery after surgery after surgery. No matter what they didn’t give up and just gave him more and more love the more he came in. If you need and vet and just want to switch you absolutely must come to East Goshen!

It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Lenape Veterinary Clinic
1430 Lenape Rd, West ChesterDr. Todd is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever been to. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers all my questions, and I trust his expertise completely. I feel 100% confident leaving my dogs in his care, which is huge for me as a pet parent.
We recently had to get surgery for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Dr. Todd performed it perfectly. My pup recovered so well, and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's such a relief to have a vet who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional care.
The entire staff at Lenape is wonderful. Everyone is caring, professional, and are so patient and kind with my doggies that can sometimes be a little difficult. I also really appreciate that they're honest and fair with pricing, it's refreshing to find a practice that puts animal care first without trying to overcharge you.
If you're looking for a vet you can trust with your fur babies, I highly recommend Dr. Todd and the team at Lenape Vet!

My dog Pablo had to get his teeth cleaned and lost some teeth during the process. The vet (Dr. Jaekle) took the time to walk me through the procedure and reassured me my dog would be in the best care. He did not lie, from the minute I dropped of Pablo every worker I encountered was so kind and informed. Thank you so much to the staff at Banfield!

Camp K-9 Paradise For Paws
1303 West Chester Pike, West ChesterI can't speak to the boarding/daycare programs, but I've been participating in weekly training classes here for an adult dog we recently adopted. The trainer Joe and his wife Beth are really great at running a structured class and providing support for questions in between classes. I searched through many area programs for a place that would allow my young daughter to attend with me because she is very passionate about dog training. Most places wouldn't allow children to attend. Camp K9 allowed her to attend and even encouraged us to bring family members with us so that everyone in the household is on the same page and reinforcing the same concepts. They have strict rules for keeping everyone safe and the training space under control. Its been a great success for us so far and I highly recommend it. I found the pricing to be fair for the service provided. They are more expensive than a chain pet store program but less expensive than a private trainer who comes to your house. I would gladly choose this program again if I had to do over. I appreciate the little gems of wisdom that the trainers impart even beyond the scheduled class. We've adopted many behavioral expectations into our daily routine beyond the typical sit/stay/down that you will learn in a beginner class. For example, not throwing treats on the ground for the dog so that they don't automatically gobble up anything that hits the floor in the future. Its a small thing, but a great safety tip to prevent avoidable ingestion of hazards.

Chris, the owners offers a warm funny welcome and you immediately feel like you are standing in your best friends kitchen. He told me he makes the “best pizza” and I took the challenge! I wasn’t even there to eat but meet someone in the parking lot. He offered for me to come in afterward and try a free slice. Instead I ordered two pies to take back to Delaware. While they were in the oven Chris was explaining all kind of things about the art of making pizza. Not to put it piping hot in the box or to leave the full pizza boxes on the top of the oven- tricks only someone who really knew their craft would care about. It was such a fun afternoon, and to think I only stopped in to grab a drink and get change. Oh, the pizza… the best! The crust is to die for- crispy and crunchy not doughy like a garlic knot. The sauce tasted authentic, not sweet like you find at our hometown Grottos. Delicious pizza- rivals NYC slices. A definite pizzeria for the connoisseurs out there and even those that just want damn good pizza! 🍕

The atmosphere of the taproom was great, and the staff was very friendly. I tried a few beers; if you are an IPA fan, you will certainly find one here that you will enjoy. I highly recommend Cloudy and Cumbersome and any of its variants. Definitely will be visiting again!

Located in a historic building near the old Dilworthtown Inn, it’s a really beautifully decorated space with incredible food! Also great staff who were super attentive and so nice. We enjoyed the best onion rings we’ve ever had along with a delicious birria taco and incredible smoked tomato soup (seriously, don’t miss this soup!). We also loved the French onion raclette grilled cheese and confit turkey melt both served with their famous sour cream and dill chips. There were so many great things on their menu that it was hard to choose. While we didn’t order any cocktails, they have a great bar space that is worth checking out. We will definitely be recommending this place to others and looking forward to returning next time for dinner.

The food was very good I had the special which was braised short ribs. My girlfriend had a filet mignon. Everything was cooked perfectly. The drinks were great as well. Service was excellent. Our server was a gentleman he was attentive and helpful in describing items on the menu and made good suggestions.
