The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. “I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. “I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! Not only do they always have my medication which is out of stock everywhere else, but the staff is so nice and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions you have. Deff 5 stars from me (:”
“I came here on a whim a few years ago when my usual salon canceled my appointment, and I had an event to go to. Paige took me in very late in the afternoon for a full color correction, and my hair came out beautiful. I am very indecisive with my hair, and like to go from jet black to platinum blonde every few months, and Paige always gives me what I ask without jeopardizing the integrity of my hair. I’ve been coming here since, and everyone is so kind and helpful!!!!”

“We love Name Brand! I used to shop here all the time when we lived locally. We've moved out of the area and stop in most times that we're in town. You can find tons of bulk snacks for half the price (or cheaper) of what you'd pay at Sams or Costco. You also can find furniture, household items, clothes, baby items and more. Just stop in and see what they have to offer.”
“I had a great experience at Walmart in Scranton, Pennsylvania. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and well-stocked. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, and the aisles were wide enough to navigate comfortably, even when the store was a bit busy.
What stood out most was the customer service. A few employees were especially helpful when I had questions about where to find certain items. One associate in the electronics section patiently helped me compare products and made great recommendations without being pushy. Another employee in the grocery department went out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find on the shelf.
Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the wide variety of choices in each department—from fresh produce and household supplies to clothing and tech. The self-checkout process was quick and efficient, with staff nearby to assist if needed.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient whether you're local or just passing through. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable one-stop shop with friendly staff and good energy. Highly recommended for anyone in the Scranton area!”
