“The room was very welcoming on arrival. It is very spacious. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of lighting, and, on a hot day, it is nice that the a/c was left running at a comfortable temperature. The fresh coffee in the lobby was VERY good, with a number of options and sweeteners to choose from. I didn't have any, but nice to see there was popcorn available. The breakfast was standard, but had a nice variety as well: waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal w/toppings, juices, bagels/toast w/various add-ons. My wife can't have gluten or eggs, so that limited the options, but we did ok. Full disclosure, I originally gave this 3 stars because of some issues that didn't get addressed during our stay. Management, however, followed up quickly and I'm satisfied with their handling of the matter. So I'm changing this to 5 stars as it really did meet our needs for our trip.”

“I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but I found the bed too firm for my taste so uncomfortable. We only stayed 1 night though. But that was the only con. I have to compliment the staff here! They were all working very hard and they seemed fully staffed. The staff was cleaning, attentive and so polite. I don't travel a ton but have traveled enough to know this isn't the norm anymore. So kudos to the fabulous team here! Keep up the great work.”

With such a chaotic weekend, it was so refreshing to have staff that were so competent and also so kind and hospitable. Tatiana and Helen in particular were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here!”

“The rooms are very clean. The front desk employees are helpful. It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s clearly kept up and kept clean. I would definitely stay here again. I read the reviews before coming and saw where they said the AC did not work and that they got no help with the issue. I can only assume they were lying. The AC worked great. Cooled the room right down and again the front desk people were very helpful. The laundry room is very clean as well and the machines work good. There is also a gym and that was clean and kept up also.”

“This is a very nice hotel. When I arrived I was greeted by the general manager Joe who made me feel welcomed immediately. The place is well kept and all the employees are very nice. I've been here for almost a week and will be extending while my place is being renovated. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you want a wonderful experience.”

I had such a great experience that if I ever had to choose between driving 20 miles to here or 1 to a closer hotel I’d choose the Hilton all 3 of them made the experience amazing!!”

“If you go to Chinatown from another city, to the hotel is just 30 minutes in bus, very fast, the hotel has good location, deli 2 minutes walking 24 hours and many restaurants on the side, just in weekends the fare is reduced of the bus, maybe take uber, for go to the downtown, but the suite, is very clean, everything, the air conditioner works good, the TV, the beds are súper softs, even has microwave and mini fridge for save your food( it was súper nice) the people works there very friendly, absoluto if i come back to Philly, i will take this hotel again( good price, good location, good people) excelent ????”

“There is no microwave and no refrigerator in the room. Comforter had burn holes in them. Will visit again when I have to be in the area. Room 14, the bathroom is very small and this room did smell heavy of smoke, but you can smell it even after they sprayed something to make it better.”

“People and Relationships, made a huge difference at our one night stay over for an event. Arrival night, Zaarish (thanks for the correction!) at the counter was very personable and tolerated out banter well. Made sure there was abundant coffee until 10pm and warded off all dragons - deserves a raise. Departure, breakfast was great, and hot. Nancy on housekeeping was engaging upon talking in the hall as I was leaving the room and continued to serve by finding a lost item in our room - deserves a double bonus for sure and a raise. Justin, at the counter for checkout was also very helpful and personable. He deserves to be the heir in line for ownership, and a raise. Thanks for all the help and engagement.”

“Everyone was friendly, but the carpet was ripped up in some sections of the room and the ceiling paint was chipped above the bed. Shower was very nice, but no discernible bathroom vent. Also barn door style sliding bathroom door.”

“I would stay again when I'm in the area. Great location near a mall and other stores/ restaurants, including Pure Hockey and sporting goods stores for parents traveling for sport tournaments. Hotel was clean and quiet. Water pressure was great in showers. Free breakfast with good with assorted hot and cold foods/drinks (make your own waffles too). There's a nice, outside area off the lobby to sit and eat or lounge with a group. Beds and pillows (I usually like my own) were comfortable.”

“Our club soccer team recently stayed at the Best Western in Fort Washington, and the staff made our experience outstanding! From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tracy and Virginia at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped us organize a meeting room for our Saturday night pizza party and even suggested a great local restaurant that delivered delicious food. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so easy for our team. Akhil, the housekeeping supervisor, was also incredible. He checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure our rooms had everything we needed, and was always available with a smile. The newly updated rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was truly the warm, attentive staff that made our stay exceptional. Huge thanks to Tracy, Virginia, and Akhil for making our weekend extra special — we’ll definitely be back!”
