βThis the best urgent care I've been to thus far! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. And also, you're not waiting no longer than 15 to 20 to be seen after checking in to be seen. The doctor Lee Heji was very attentive and also very kind. Would recommend anyone to this urgent care over all the other ones.β

βIβm scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.β
βI unfortunately had to come in and do the 3-hour glucose testing as I failed my previous 1 hour glucose pregancy test, so needless to say anxiety levels were at an all time high.
The technician that I had, Anesa, was with me during the whole duration. Anesa is an exceptional lab technician whose precision, professionalism, compassion and dedication are truly unmatched. She was consistently timely and accurate during each of the three 1 hour lab draws while maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality.
I especially need to give her praises as being a nurse practitioner myself, she is the embodiment of who I would strive to work with personally. Given that my testing took 3 hours, during that time frame I was also able to see her assisting other patients troubleshooting the check-in device, managing complex specimens, being a team player and constantly being respectful with both her coworkers and clients.
I came to 2 hours before my appointment and even given how busy the location was they were still able to accommodate me and take me in quickly. I have found my future testing site and plan on referring my own friends, family and patients!β
βI went to get bloodwork done today and Nelly made my experience as wonderful as possible. I get very nervous and lightheaded when getting bloodwork and Nelly couldnβt have been more supportive and caring throughout the whole process, I felt so comfortable and taken care of. She was a true angel. Canβt recommend enough, thank you so much!!!β
βI usually donβt write reviews for this kind of thing but I have to for this location. I have been taking blood On and off for the last year, and I have been going to different locations. I figured I would try out the Ivyland spot and it is 10 out of 10. I got there right when they opened at 7 AM and I was leaving by 7:20 AM as a walk-in appointment. The lab tech who took my blood work, knew I was nervous because I had a lot of blood to give for my lab results and she was able to talk To me the entire time so I would not get in my head. This will be my main point to go to moving forward because they were that great!β

βI have used Quest at its Mt Airy location on three occasions. i have found setting an appointment one of easiest medical procedures to arrange of any I have sought. The facility was convenient and clean, the staff was courteous, accommodating competent and professional at all but the most recent appointment: personal gossip among the staff who were also physically present during my most recent procedure was invasive and uncomfortable. Future visits will determine if this was an unusual experience or an evolving practice. It will not deter me from using or recommending the facility, but I will relate the experience as a cautionary note.β

βEvery single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.β
βThe staff at this Quest are amazing, and I've been to a few. They are highly skilled. They were especially amazing with my kid, who has been traumatized by a past lab visit when very young at one of the Quests I'll never go back to (in NY, western Long Island but I forget if it was Lake Success or Garden City?). I highly recommend this location.β
βIt was very easy to make an appointment. The lady is on the second floor, you can take the stairs or elevator. Check-in on the computer was easy via scan code. I was not there five minutes before they called me back. The phlebotomy technician Jan found my veins quickly. I'm always a difficult stick. She was excellent. The staff there was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely go back again.β

βWe had been to four gastro specialists (on the Jersey and PA sides of the river) and two other Naturopaths over the past 6+ years to try to help my daughter with ongoing gastro issues that were severely impacting her. She had every test imaginable - but never rec'd a clear diagnosis or path to wellness. We were referred to Dr. Far Rahman by our primary Dr. when they saw how totally frustrated we were. We saw Dr. Far on August 30, 2023 and she recommended a protocol of natural remedies. By September 17 - my daughter's condition completely improved. We just had our follow up (10/12) and will continue the protocol and re-test her various levels in December. Based on how my daughter is doing, I am sure the test results will show great improvements in her gut health. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Far for her kind attention to my daughter's particular issues, her probing questions, her accessibility and responsiveness, and most of all for her exceptional expertise! We highly recommend Dr. Far!!!β
βNever really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?β€οΈ? the staff was great!! And I even got lollipops when I was done ?β
βMy lab technician was fantastic. I've had her three times now, and so good each time. Very friendly, and was able to collect my blood on the first stick each time, whereas it's usually a long a drawn-out ordeal with other technicians.β

Check in was easy, the woman who drew my blood was very nice and good at drawing blood. People usually have problems drawing my blood, she did it with ease. Quick. Easy, and painless.β

The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. The experience was quick, simple and painless. I am so glad I got this done and chose this place. I highly recommend.β
βI've done about 5 PCR test here and always received my results within 24 hours. The staff is super friendly and professional. Yesterday they went above and beyond helping me to get the authorization from my doctor. My sisters also did PCR test for traveling and got their results in less than 24 hours.β
