“I went in on Monday inquiring about a position with this mom and pop hardware store. I spoke with the manager, Glenn, he was very kind and genuine. I have experience delivering "people" in big limos. They needed someone to deliver equipment. I have no experience with hardware. It's a place my father, a licensed master plumber and then some , always wanted to work. I could never figure out why someone with his credentials would want to work at a hardware store!? After speaking with Glenn, I realized why. My father found hardware stores comforting. This is a great store. So great they've been growing. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone. “It's close to home and I can get groceries without having to go to Walmart. The Tru-Value hardware store inside sometimes makes it confusing since you can walk into it by mistake. The store should do a reset and make the line between the groceries and the True Value more defined.”
