“In July of 2025, Google had a software update that compromised the battery. They offered a replacement battery, a Google store credit, or a 100$ check... I love my Google Pixel, there's nothing wrong with it so I just wanted my battery replaced. Everywhere I called did not have the batteries to fix them due to the high demand....I called Mr. Fix it and they have replacement batteries for this phone. I was able to come in the next day and within 15 minutes, I have a new battery that holds its charge and doesn't overheat. Go here for fast and friendly service!! Highly recommend”
“Love this ZAGG kiosk. I go there every time I need a new glass screen protector. I don’t trust any other brand. The people who work there are so nice and really care about getting the glass protector on my screen perfectly. They also never push me to upgrade to a more expensive protector than I want and are great about giving me discounts as a returning customer. Will stay loyal to these guys.”

Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. I brought it back in and the second technician was great he swapped the screen again fast and actually fixed the issue. My phone works perfectly now.
